After confirming with a staff member previously that the above vehicle would be ready and available, we arrived to find that this was not the case. This was annoying as we had made a long journey to collect the vehicle, and in fact were told that the vehicle might not even be ready by the end of the day. However, to everyone's credit at the Brooklyn dealership, the `loose items' were attended to and we were on our way only some 30 minutes after we had anticipated. The `hiccup' had been caused but a seemingly communication break down, which happens everywhere from time to time. We are in no way critical of the friendly staff.
Asked me for a holding deposit and i said know. After sitting with the financial officer she told me had a default. She said i would need to pay something down to get tjis approval approved. I was not happy with this approach and and paid $100 down because felt guilty of the default which was not my fault but son lost his job due to Covid -19.
Learn from me how to waste money
I got the car yesterday evening (24/12/20) they just wiped the car but not professionally cleaned as they told me over the phone, they said no accident history but most of the car panels are repainted some of the things are broken, it also start showing the seat belt sign on the screen, according to them they done the service you can check the photo and even my mechanic said from long time this car is required major service the engine is also making noise (haven’t drive the diesel car before I thought its normal for the Diesel engine).
Poor communication, poor service, sells unroadworthy vehicles
I purchased a car On 18th April (nearly 5 months ago), upon driving it home I was immediately aware of a strong pull to the left and a loud noise from the FL wheel, amd the window tint I paid extra for was full of dirt/bubbles. sent it back to have it corrected, only to have the same issue occur, sent back again, tint was also redone, and again it was faulty.
Upon return after a couple weeks the car I discovers a violent vibration at 80km which was getting worse. Sent it back and was told I’ve bent the steering rack and must of hit something a...nd they tried to charge me repair. The car had not left the garage, this was untrue. The car was sold to me without the standard spare mag, It was obvious the previous owner had hit something and a dodgy repair job had been done and the smashed mag replaced with the new and the mechanical side not fixed. I also had my independent mechanic confirm this. Had to threaten further action if it wasn’t resolved for good, they then Complied and were supposed to also fix the window tint, they returned the car to me with the steering issue repaired but didn’t touch the tint. Calls service staff say they will follow up/call back and never do and I’m still chasing them 5 months later. Wheel alignments/spare tyres are mandatory roadworthy items, car was sold to me unroadworthy.
Excellent car, arrogant salesman, great after sales team.
Great car for a good competitive price however, no trade in, no finance, cash buy ($14500-00) perfect customer. The salesman wouldn’t throw in a set of mats. He’d sell us a set for $100. Take it or leave it attitude, I’ll sell the car to someone else, very arrogant. We liked the car so we went with it however, after sales threw in a set. Which, to be fair, they should of. On collection, his face hit the floor. Would I buy from them again, yes. Only because of the after sales team, not the salesman. ( Golden boy my ....).
Not happy with the car I brought
They said they done work to my car but lied and done nothing to it first they said the mechanic changed wheel bearings but they didn’t they lied twice when I went there
A great experience only to be let down
We dealt with Rob In canningvale who was absolutely amazing 5 stars for him, We told him what we were looking for, what our budget was and within half an hour my partners daughter had found her dream car and was signing for it. Everything was going great, then when we went to pay Cash, sitting with Ashleigh in finance she asked if my partners daughter wanted finance and we said no, if we wanted extras, we politely said we had a budget, the car was perfect and we were ready to pay, But she went on and on about finance, again and again we said no..., even I felt she was getting ruder, I had to take a call and when I was out of the room she started on my partners daughter who is just a young girl about how she should get finance and how it would be better for her, then when I came back in the room she suddenly stopped, and until I had paid she was rude and spoke to us in a disgusting way like we were in the wrong for paying cash. Yes they are there to up sell but this went beyond this, she tried to bully a young girl into something she didn’t want to do. Everyone after this was polite, and made the experience of buying a first car exciting and now a young girl is super happy with her purchase!!!
Poor customer service
Service was great until we signed on the dotted line purchasing a vehicle. After that time couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or return our calls. Messed us around with pick up of vehicle. Won’t be recommending others
Sales person at Brooklyn was good, however the claim that they will not be beaten on price for a similar car was not quite correct as we purchased a similar car for $1200 cheaper at an established car dealer with extras. We even showed the sales person the car on the internet at the time. We did purchase a car not related to the above and as a matter of course and had the car checked out by a well known car service centre. Result was the need to replace 2 tyres as they had splits on the inside. So much for the 100 point check. Would I use them again? Possibly, but with a lot more caution.
Good at first....
The guys at easy auto 123 Hendra - were great at first very accommodating and helpful when purchasing my car. After I purchased it I noticed a couple of things missing from the car and one item that needed to be replaced. From there it was down hill - taking ages to fix the issues, no customer service and not apologetic at all. I won’t be purchasing here again.

Was looking at buying an VF SS Sedan from easy auto 123 canningvale.
Was told car had FSH but the Car was ex police with little service history (Book hadn't had all services stamped)
Service sticker from easy auto123 said next service due at 112,000klms but the car had 123,000klms on the clock.
If they had recently serviced the car the oil was still dark brown.
In saying that the amount of negative reviews have been put me off buying from them,

I recently purchased a second hand vehicle from this company... Thirteen days later it broke down!! We were informed it was not a warranty covered problem and handed a $700 bill!!! However after a conversation with the manager the bill was paid even tho not abliged to. Service was greatly appreciated.
Lovely salesman - But with the motor industry there is always something you wish you had understood before the sale.
I recently helped my son buy a car, the salesman couldn't contain himself with the news that we need not worry as they conduct a 100 point check on the vehicle. Its been a while since I bought a second hand car so I made a huge mistake, assuming that this meant that they actually serviced and repaired the vehicle as a part of this 100 point check. Only to find out this was not actually the case, they only CHECK.

Website is poor
Most of the cars advertised dont have images. A bit pointless for a car sales website. So much for shopping online.
Went into Hendra easyauto 123 and put a desposit on a iload on Tuesday Gerard was awesome to deal with. But only person letting the team is Taylor in finance just not letting u no what’s going on with finance

I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.
Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
What are ex gov charges ? Rego tranfer duty ????
