I contacted Ecco Customer Service after the sole started to crumble on one of my sandals. They were very professional to deal with and my sandals were replaced in a prompt manner. Thank you.

Had a problem with a pair of sandals. They were extremely helpful to an aged pensioner. Replaced the sandals without delay.

I was extremely satisfied with the responsiveness to my warranty inquiry regarding a damaged shoe and the speed and outcome of their assessment. I received the replacement shoes under warranty very quickly and without any fuss. So, I am extremely satisfied.

The pair of shoes received has minor fault. The customer service responded promptly to the request of replacement and received the new pair within a week. The shoes are comfortable, classic, of high quality and fashionable.

Dec 2019 I bought a pair of light grey Nu-Buck (type) slip on shoes (Collin 2.0). One of the shoes took a while to conform to my heel but then they were quite comfortable to wear.
Being light colored, they required cleaning from time to time to remove small marks. Twice they were shampooed & dried in the shade & they restored to as new condition. They needed to be cleaned again in May 2020 but this time the heel panels of the shoes ...

I have been buying Ecco shoes for 26 years. Always had at least one pair on the go. They are kind to your feet BTW. Well designed and well made. The last 2 pairs I bought (2019) one of them failed. I have 2 pairs and alternate them. 1 Pair, the upper let go of the sole along the side. Ecco replaced them free. A year later they let go as well. Ecco have just refunded me for them as well with a coupon. Can't fault the commitment to customer happiness. I am hoping that was just a bad batch as I do not want to have to find a replacement shoe brand!...

Ecco provides an excellent post-sale customer service! The postage and return is easy and hassleless.
Service is quick! Considerate! and importantly efficient! Not to mention great products!!

My ECCO golf shoes of 13 months tore along the seam with the sole. I had treated the shoes well and felt this shouldn’t have happened.
I sent the shoes to ECCO on their request and they agreed.
They allowed me to select a replacement pair at no cost to me.
I think this was more than fair and I thank them for their consideration and resolution of my complaint.
The new shoes have arrived and I am more than happy with them and with the after sales support and care I have received.

As agreed by the staff Jelena (Warringah Mall Store) we tried to exchange a pair of shoes on the Boxing day (the shoes were a Christmas present). Offered the display pair which we declined because the shoes were dirty and they were supposed to be a present. We were told to wait for 2 weeks.

Did not hear from them, we called today. Jelena told us that we might not hear anything at least until mid of January when sales end (approximately 2 months since purchase date). We were disappointed, went to the store tried to find replacement. We could no...

One item was not available, but the alternative was just fine. It arrived promptly and was as promised. Great service.

I had a faulty pair of shoes that I returned to the store
The online service team assessed the shoes and offered replacement
I went to the store and tried various styles with excellent service irrespective of knowing they would not get a sale
I emailed the shoe choice details to the online store
They were very quick in their response and arranged delivery which arrived in 5 days
Whether it is in store or online service I would recommend ECCO

I have been wearing Ecco sandals for over twenty five years. Love the ease of putting on and taking off the shoes. They mould around your foot to fit super comfortably and the tread on the sole of the shoe makes me feel very safe from fear of slipping or tripping over. Customer service is second to none!

Having purchased a pair of Ecco's in Ireland late last year I wore them for the next few weeks. They were so comfortable and stylish. On returning to Australia i saw that they had started to split a little on the side and immediately contacted Ecco Customer service. Their customer care and service was outstanding. Ecco paid for me to send the shoes to them in Sydney and replaced them with shoes of my choice to the same value. Unfortunately when i got them the sizing was a little different to my original pair and i once again had to contact them...

Purchased a pair of men's casuals and very satisfied which inspired the second purchase.

Purchased online. Sale item. Couple months shoe unglued. Email sent. Received. Exchange available. Sent back faulty per instructions. Choose similar style, price. Within days replacement sent. Happy customer. Highly recommend

There is something to be said, for treating your customers well.
Ecco shoes may fail, as my did in this instance - but they replaced them (slightly out of warranty) without fault.

It's helpful when you can consider beyond the usual performance and looks, ... will the company support me If I have issues? - or will they solely focus on their short-term bottom line.

Ecco - has done a great job in this instance, of going above and beyond. Excellent customer support.

I love the comfort, style and quality of Ecco shoes - I have owned four pairs!
Customer service is reasonable and responsive - I did have an issue with one pair and the team were able to resolve to my satisfaction.

Had an issue with the quality of my shoe choice - contacted ECCO who replaced the shoes without applying the warranty which is such a refreshing approach - great goodwill gesture that sets this business apart for the mediocre pack.

Very good response to my wierd problem with the soles of my shoes by staff at the Chatswood chase store - staff member Ben was very helpful and professional and they subsequently resolved the problem for me.
