I usually buy my leggings from Lululemon, alo or gymshark. I've had a lot of sponsored ads on fb/Instagram about the new styles and cool looks so decided to give it a try. I bought 2 XS echt leggings and they came in different size measures (same model). I've sent a message through echt website the next day requesting a code to return without cost for size exchange due to the discrepancies and I didn't receive any response yet (has been more than a week - the website says the response is in 48 hours). No phone number to contact them. It's unfair to have to pay to send the product back for exchange size due to their fault. If they don't contact me soon, I will complain to the ombudsman.

Sizes are way to small then what’s advertised a large is more like a xs . So disappointed

I have been a fan of echt for about a year since receiving the enforce hoodie, wash series crop top, and a pair of tapered joggers for my birthday near beginning of 2020. Since then the quality of the items seems to have really dropped, designs have gotten considerably uglier (pre 2020 I would have looked through the whole website and found everything aesthetically pleasing) and I don't stand alone on that fact from reviews on this page and Facebook.

I have been waiting over 6 weeks now for a refund and have tried getting in contact with Echt 3 times since June and have had no reply! Products were way too small, and had to post back at my own expense.

I am a size 8 and bought a pair of their shorts I chose to go up a size to be safe and when they arrived they ripped. I emailed customer services and the response told me to loose weight if I didn’t want them to rip. No offer for a refund or replacement. I’ll never stop again and have advised all my friends to skip this brand too for other active wear labels.
