Ecosa Bed Base

The mattress is fine. Not amazing, it’s fine. But overall - what an awful experience.
We ordered the rise bed frame from Ecosa, as well as a mattress.
The bed frame is an absolute disaster, and is not fit for market. The brackets have had some kind of batch manufacturing malfunction, so the frame won’t go together at all.
After an initial fail at building the frame, I managed to convince the staff on the chat that it was faulty, and they couriered a replacement bed. Unfortunately - that bed was also faulty. Brackets wouldn’t fit together.

First up: customer service has been faultless. Prompt, enthusiastic support team in the online chat, always friendly and willing to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. In the end I just rectified my issue myself with some common sense and a bit of mess and effort. Love the bed frame, not happy with the base component. Slats had splinters that tore a hole in new expensive sheets, I was sent 2 replacement slat base sets (very promptly) free of charge however both had the same issue. Soo soo squeaky! Even though they claim it’s squeak free!! Every time I roll over, or make any movements it squeaks! we wanted a squeak free bed and we are so disappointed…we even sent an email to get it checked out and they seem to be ignoring us…

As others here have noted, the bed base is incredibly noisy and creaky. Every time I or my partner make the slightest movement or roll over, there are loud creaks which keep us awake. After a couple of nights of use, I contacted Ecosa to complain and was given advice that made no sense. Due to the base's poor design and noise emanating from many parts, there's nothing that can be done to fix it. It's definitely not worth the money.

I recently purchased a bed base from Ecosa; upon opening 1 of the 3 very large boxes I found a significant scratch on the bed head. The products were well packaged, it was clear that the bed head was packaged in this state and the staff were aware of the damage. I contacted Ecosa and their response was that I should repackage the contents of the bed head carton and that they would pick it up and dispose of it. I was recommended the king size Ecosa Bed Base by a friend, and was initially impressed by the solid wood quality and how stylish it looked.
Unfortunately, after a few months my partner and I have been noticing loud creaking from even the slightest movement, and the support metal legs appear to be buckling and shifting out of place.
Not terrible, but definitely not worth the hype and price paid - the noisiness and movement is about the same as my much cheaper Ikea bedframe owned before this.

Bought the bed and bed base plus a pillow and sheet set.

overall very impressed with product and all seems very high quality.

delivery was quite fast except the sheet set which was delayed by 2 weeks unfortunately.

bed frame is EXTREMELY easy to put together -took literally 5 minutes.

mattress and pillow and sheet set is very HIGH quality material. love them all and bed frame is also very stylish.

A little rickety though, and not sure how to tighten as it all clicks together.

I’ve been sleeping on the ECOSA bed base and it has immensely improved my quality of sleep!
There a sense of sturdiness and is the easiest bed base to assemble. The hidden extra shelf on the head board is a great detail, and I keep extra things on there.

No complaints with this bed. Super easy to assemble.
It such a good bed paired with mattress. Win win win.

This bed is solid, and exactly as in the pictures on the site. Delivery was the day I’m after we ordered it. One part of the base had a dent and some rust which was replaced that week. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend buying this bed.

The entire experience (that is ongoing) has been terrible with Ecosa and this creaky, rickety bed base.
The second I the base together I noticed that the whole thing wobbles around and with the slightest of movements it squeaks and creaks. Decided to try sleeping on it for one night but my partner and I woke each other up every time we even slightly moved.

It's only been a month or so, but I have found I've been sleeping better and am happy with it so far. Arrived within 24 hours of ordering, once out of the packaging the bed base was incredibly easy to assemble for a king.

Absolutely amazing! Have not had back pain and a bad nights sleep since my first night sleeping on my ecosa. Now bedtime is not dreaded. I also upgraded from a queen to a king, and purchased the walnut bed base which i love and was super easy to assemble.

Bed just arrived.
Found marks all over the bed which is surprisingly odd due to the amount of packaging used.
The side rails don’t fit properly to the ends and looks cheap and nasty.
The whole bed seems flimsy and moves around which is contradictory to the website suggesting it is a creak free bed.

Not worth the money. I have written to ecosa and had no reply so far. Will update once they respond.
