Bed did not fit, good quality but poor fitting
When attempting to put together the bed the inserts slacks did not align up I had a buy a grinder from bunnings to enure the put would fit together. Poor customer service, outsourced overseas to people who follow instructions and take no action. They did offer to send someone out but I choose to go to the hardware store and fix the issues myself. No consideration for this and absolute refusal to return prior to me going and fixing the issue. As a company that relies on social media, I'm surprised they care little about ensuring the customer is satisfied. Have no choice but to find other review sites and social media to help others sadly.

Like lying on a brick - excruciating pain
I have had health beds mattresses before, which have been perfect, and other memory foam and latex ones. I replaced this after ours got lost in shipping. It arrived with a slight fault (tuft sticking out) a few hours before a $50 reduction deal, which was annoying as I could have sent it back. I have been sick with migraine and neck and back pain in less than a week of using this - it is as hard as a brick and terrible for anyone with slipped discs or the like. I can't wait until the 14 day trial is over to send it back as the pain is intolerable. Worst mattress ever. Also extremely hot.

HORRIBLE 100 DAY RETURN
Bought mattress in their end of financial year sale. Got it a month later as i set a different delivery date (had to get rid of old one). Slept on it for about 2 weeks, hurting my shoulder and back - it's firm as heck. Tried soft setting, a mattress protector and all the other things they emailed me to try. Wanted to just refund it and get my money back to buy a proper mattress.
HOLY COW now thats when the pain began. I'm not sure what arrangement ECOSA has with the Salvos but they almost tried every conceivable possible thing to reject accept...ance of the mattress for a refund. There were literally 2 strands of hair on it and the driver refused it (got a picture). And the other time a "stain" due to me having to move it to the front of the house so the driver can grab it without knocking over everything in my house. FYI. I used 2 mattress protectors, bed sheets from Kmart, a mattress topper of my own and i had it plastic wrapped for the driver. The so called stain came off with a dry cloth cloth. They really try every possible method to not pick the damn thing up so they dont have to process a refund. There's about 3 weeks left before my 100 night trial ends (not sure if it starts from date of purchase or delivery). Maybe theyre trying to delay it so they can say it's pass the return period. TLDR: Avoid this mattress - they will do everything they can to not refund you. Will update for rest of refund process.
