Do not bother buying from this company
I have an Ecosa mattress. I ordered a bed base for it in November 2020. At first, they said it would be delayed till January, then mid-Feb, then mid-March. I requested a discount to reflect the delay and the maximum that the management were prepared to offer was $150, which is a ridiculous amount for an expensive bed base and 4 month delay.
Had to cancel my order and ask for a refund.

False promise on delivery timeslot
Went online to try placing a new order and was given a timeslot to be delivered same day between 2pm-6pm. Cool! Only problem was, I already placed an order last week. How come an order placed today be delivered today despite they are yet to fulfill my order which was placed last week. This shows that the company is trying to get new sales by promising delivery timeframe that they know it is impossible for them to fulfill. This shows poor integrity on the company which makes me further question their claims, promises, policies.

Worst experience and nightmare customer service - hell delivery!
I Ordered a mattress thought it will deliver in 4-hour delivery. but they shipped from Brisbane to Sydney via road so estimated delivery 9-10 days excluding weekend! now it's been more than 2 weeks and still, I haven't received my mattress.
I have contacted the customer service via chat, they said it's been dispatched and will receive in a week but after week no delivery then I sent an email, got reply same crap.

Back pain after 1 year of use on medium firmness
I bought the Ecosa double mattress one year ago. I loved it until recently I have been getting back pain from using the bed on medium firmness every morning I wake up. I find that the places that I have slept on is a lot more softer than the other parts of the mattress. I can no longer sleep on this mattress. In order to rule out it is not an issue with the bed, I have slept on other mattresses and I do not have any issues. I contacted their support staff and they suggested to try out different firmness but which no luck I still get back pain. ...I recontacted their staff, explained my situation but unfortunately the 15 year warranty does not cover this. I am very disappointed on this product the previous mattresses I have used at least lasted for 5 years before I get back pain.

Bed did not fit, good quality but poor fitting
When attempting to put together the bed the inserts slacks did not align up I had a buy a grinder from bunnings to enure the put would fit together. Poor customer service, outsourced overseas to people who follow instructions and take no action. They did offer to send someone out but I choose to go to the hardware store and fix the issues myself. No consideration for this and absolute refusal to return prior to me going and fixing the issue. As a company that relies on social media, I'm surprised they care little about ensuring the customer is satisfied. Have no choice but to find other review sites and social media to help others sadly.

9 days to deliver!!!! Be careful if you are moving and expect a delivery on the day Ecosa promises
The matress slags at the edges. Feels like i might slip off at any point.
I thought the wait might be worth it, but not unfortunately :(
All customers beware of dodgy promises from the company. They WILL NOT honor them! Trust your inner voice, and choose better local options.

Worst customer service!
If i could give 0 stars, i would! Ordered the single and double mattress and it wasn't comfortable. When trying to return after the 14 days, called 9 times and left several voicemails over the week and no response. Their phone number has now disappeared from their website. Dodgy and would never order from them again.

Like lying on a brick - excruciating pain
I have had health beds mattresses before, which have been perfect, and other memory foam and latex ones. I replaced this after ours got lost in shipping. It arrived with a slight fault (tuft sticking out) a few hours before a $50 reduction deal, which was annoying as I could have sent it back. I have been sick with migraine and neck and back pain in less than a week of using this - it is as hard as a brick and terrible for anyone with slipped discs or the like. I can't wait until the 14 day trial is over to send it back as the pain is intolerable. Worst mattress ever. Also extremely hot.

Terrible and not worth the money
I hope the government does a thorough check on these expensive mattresses of yours as they seem to be used and not brand new. I don't believe they are genuine and i believe they are sending in mattresses that are used or not in good quality. Terrible terrible terrible. Please beware I do not recommend

Not so happy
The mattress is supposed to be softer on medium firmness and it’s still rock hard because I’ve had it for over 100 days but only slept on it for abit over 2 months they wont refund and take it back , very professional from this company

HORRIBLE 100 DAY RETURN
Bought mattress in their end of financial year sale. Got it a month later as i set a different delivery date (had to get rid of old one). Slept on it for about 2 weeks, hurting my shoulder and back - it's firm as heck. Tried soft setting, a mattress protector and all the other things they emailed me to try. Wanted to just refund it and get my money back to buy a proper mattress.
HOLY COW now thats when the pain began. I'm not sure what arrangement ECOSA has with the Salvos but they almost tried every conceivable possible thing to reject accept...ance of the mattress for a refund. There were literally 2 strands of hair on it and the driver refused it (got a picture). And the other time a "stain" due to me having to move it to the front of the house so the driver can grab it without knocking over everything in my house. FYI. I used 2 mattress protectors, bed sheets from Kmart, a mattress topper of my own and i had it plastic wrapped for the driver. The so called stain came off with a dry cloth cloth. They really try every possible method to not pick the damn thing up so they dont have to process a refund. There's about 3 weeks left before my 100 night trial ends (not sure if it starts from date of purchase or delivery). Maybe theyre trying to delay it so they can say it's pass the return period. TLDR: Avoid this mattress - they will do everything they can to not refund you. Will update for rest of refund process.

Good overall mattress
Same day delivery and 3 options to choose firmness levels great it's been a month happy so far had to change the settings which took like 10 to 15 mins but it's all good
October 18th 2019 Update: Below average for price and no return process
I bought a double mattress and it was fine for a month afterwards it started having sagging issues and my wife with back problems so I arranged for the return the salvos cane and refused to park outside my apartment went without taking it o called to rearrange and the customer services kept on delaying ta...ctics until it was 3 months and now I can't will probably throw it outside and forget my hard earned 800 i called texted and messaged them no use I went and bought another online mattress and also a box mattress 100% worth the money and the complete package why can't you guys do the same? Business is not a one hit wonder try telling this to your customer service guys never mind won't use again and won't recommend to anyone

First one faulty that wouldn't inflate - very quick response with reassuring replies every time I emailed them - "replacement will be dispatched today", "someone will call for collection of faulty one within the week" etc - but nothing happened for ages until I threatened for refund - then finally a delivery service contacts me to check new mattress drop off time - saying that they never had been given my contact number until that day! Second one again didn't inflate. The guy who came to pick up the 2 faulty mattresses at the end said he is doing a lot of these lately, and sad to see so many new mattresses going to to the tip.
