Great product but has its faults
It is a great product and works well 95% of the time. But there are times where we have to reset the map and make it restart as it just seems to lose its mind and not be able to work out what it's doing. Will half clean some areas and miss others entirely and still say cleaning complete and return to charge. Otherwise it's great and serves the purpose we got it for. Lino, tiles and carpet all get cleaned quite well and the mopping function is pretty handy for light stuff. And love that with the mopping attachment it won't allow itself on to carpet.

Keep having Issues, wouldn't recommend
I've had the Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T8+ for about 6 months now. I was reasonably satisfied with the product with a couple of major exceptions that I will list below. I would not purchase this product again and when it is no longer under warranty and breaks again, I will purchase a Robo Vac product from a different manufacturer.
Exception 1. Maps. Intermittently and for no reason, the Robot would report that a new environment was detected (even though it had not been manually moved, no power outage, etc) and it would clear the current map and star...
Read moret mapping the house again. Even though I had originally mapped the whole house and saved the map and there is a restore function, if i tried to restore it then start the vacuum again it would still say no environment detected and clear the map again. I'd then have to reset maps, map the whole house again, then re-setup my schedules. I had contacted support but they had no answers for me, no offer to collect logs and have support look at it, I was just told that it happens sometimes. Exception 2. After 6 months my Deebot 8+ is now reporting a malfunction with the DToF sensor. Troubleshooting with support and it now needs to be sent to Service Centre. I am worried that after 12 months I will no longer have warranty support and the $1299 I spent would be wasted if this, or another issue was to occur to it.Purchased in at Amazon for $1,299.
