Horrible working hours

Horrible opening and closing hours during Christmas! Not exactly sure why the gym is only open till 12pm today ? (3 Jan 2016) It's not a public holiday? Also, the gym should be available 24/7 or at least till 12am everyday. The working hours are as said, horrible, especially for students.

October 5th 2017 Update: Rusty equipment & weights, damaged cable pulley machine equipment

Really disappointed how the gym has rusty equipment especially the cable pulley machine, it's hard to adjust the weight too, and two of the cable pulley weight adjustment (black) ropes which you adjust the weights with, are completely ripped out and hanging loose. The working hours are disappointing too. The gym should be open until at least 10pm.

You get what you pay for :)

This is by far one of the best gyms Ive been to for the MONEY you pay very reasonably priced only $15 a week for a 12month membership. However I prefer to pay as I go to classes (not use gym facility) , one of the cheapest facilities that offers Body pump and RPM (and other Les mills classes). And the Creche is excellent!!I was pretty suprised aswell at the age of the body pump instructor (looks like shes heading close onto 60) haha
the variety of classes on throughout the week.
The instructor for Body pump just didnt push the class enough

Extremely Disapointed, Way too small for amount of members

Terrible lack of adequate space to use free weights and a major shortage on good equipment in weight area. One flat bench with rack, one lat pull down section, tiny amount of floor space, that if there's even 3 people it starts to feel too crowded. Takes hours to get through a decent workout and can't keep a heart rate up when you're waiting to use something between almost every workout. Unless you're there on a weekday, late morning, you should not join the gym in Mt. Lawley. Floors are very dirty so if you do anything that doesn't fit within an old smelly mat, your hands are covered in dirt. Locker rooms are absolutely freezing in winter. I could not be more disapointed.
some staff were nice

Best gym I have ever been too. I love this place and the professional staff they have on. There is also a ladies only gym which is really popular.
Friendly staff, great equipment, good prices and very clean
They insist you must bring a small towel to every workout so you dont spread your sweat around !

i wen t and did boot camp at joondalup and it was awesome, and have done it several times since. for a member of ecu it's only $99 and you get sessions all week and then another one on saturday.
Friendly and very good value- boot camp is awesome as well
No classes on Sunday
