Ridul Kaushal was a fantastic help with my query due to an unforeseen cancellation of my booking. thank you for your help, I will be using Edreams again for future bookings.
We had to change our flights it was very quick and efficient with a small fee due to the flights being more expensive that day, we where very satisfied with the ease of changing flights
Atrocious customer service
No unexpected fees.
Booked two one way tickets Perth to Melbourne it was easy to book the tickets. Then COVID restrictions were introduced in Melbourne and the boarder between Perth and Melbourne was closed. We were unable to get to Perth so I had to cancel the trip Perth to Melbourne. It proved impossible to do it on line through the eDreams application. It appears to me that the application is designed to make it difficult and prevent people from cancelling at least on line. Then i tried to call eDreams on the 1300 070 954 number and kept ge...
Booking with edreams
Do not book with eDreams...can’t get in touch with them via phone unless live in London as u are ringing there....so u use the internet chat that only took 2 hours of my time to find out they couldn’t help...the company is in Spain...booked a Qantas flight through them and because of COVID my flight couldn’t leave Melbourne for Cairns....couldn’t get REFUND or VOUCHER and flight cost $300 and to change flight it was going to cost HALF THE FARE again.....this is just ridiculous in a pandemic.....never ever again....HOPELESS
Two hour wait time to hotline and still waiting!
Do not recommend using this agent. Changed my booking online, only to get a message that I need to call them. Numerous attempts where the line just disconnects and finally get through and on hold two hours later and still have been unable to actually change the flight.... Terrible!
Rebook after an Airline Cancelled Return booking
I rang about a return airline booking which had been apparently cancelled by the Airline. JasKaran was a great help to arrange an alternative flight. I am awaiting reconfirmation of new flight details
I had to change my flights due to covid 19. After wasn’t quite a while I was connected to Unjawal Agarwal who was very helpful and managed to change my details efficiently.

Edreams is good but sometimes had some issues
My recent inquiry with Jaskaran was resolved. He is very helpful and supportive. Had some issues in the past with edreams regarding refunds but hopefully it will get solved soon.
Great deals and service
Knowing how to contact help centre is the only issue I had however once you work it out and take a chill pill it’s ok. The help centre are very supportive.
Web site useless people I spoke to useless never returned my call although told definitely within 72 hrs would not recommend to my worst enemy web actually booked me onto the another date because the one I wanted was booked all other sites said no seats except yours then put me on a flight in a month's time .ended up dealing with airline direct and it cost me another$150

why arm i still waiting for my refund 3 months after the promised refund in full amount, due to e dreams fault. I was at the airport waiting to fly from auckland with booking confirmed but e dreams had not booked me on the flight, so I had to pay for another ticket. Have been promised 3x that i will get a full refund

How can I find out when im credited for a flight I had to cancel
For my accommodation cancellation I got an email confirming my cancellation. 2 days later the money was deposited on my card. For flights if that didn’t happen ring 1300 070 954 a robot will answer. Put in your 10 digit confirmation number followed by the hash key. Then keep choosing options following through at least 2 menues. At the very end a pleasant agend will answer.

For my accommodation cancellation I had to cancel via the link on the very original email I got confirming my booking which had a 13 digit confirmation number. That first email was critical because it has a very functional cancellation button
