The worst of the worst
Ordered a cot and mattress six weeks ago as it was on sale. Mattress was delivered within a week. Six weeks later still no cot for my 1 year old. i finally manage to speak to Natalie to be told "oh that order has been cancelled because they couldnt find a cot". So i ask what must i do with this mattress now that has no cot. "you can google the cot name and order it". The only reason why i ordered the cot is because it was on sale. Zero customer service skills. If you want to know why the company is closing, this is why. Incapable of doing the basics.
Be very careful, do not order anything from educational experience, bad experience with products never delivered to you.
Bought a large amount of products, never received a half of it. Really bad company with staff members that keep lying, really a bunch of liars. Be very careful and do not order anything from educational experience as you will have a really bad experience. Products never delivered to you, and even the liars will keep lying to you with regards to refunding for items not delivered.

Don’t order from this company
I ordered some items from this company and after several weeks I hadn’t received my products. I phoned them and they said they had been delivered and left at the front door which they hadn’t. We have electric gates which are always closed if we are not home so items cannot be left unless they’re put in our letterbox which they weren’t. They said they would re-send the items. Another month or so passed and I still hadn’t received the items. I made another two phone calls and again was told the items had been shipped and left at the front door, s...ame story as the last time despite us already having this conversation. They said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. I asked for a refund which I never got. Their customer service staff seem helpful over the phone but they don’t follow through and I never received my order. I will never order from this company again. Very disappointing, be weary!!
Order placed in April during their first ever sale. Four separate deliveries, the last received in October. No mention of the items being on back order at outset. Took multiple attempts to contact before I could get a response, but the staff I spoke/emailed with were apologetic & courteous, they just had no information. Not worth dealing with when there are other options that manage themselves better
Whilst I can not fault the friendliness of Marlene and Luna in customer service, everything else about this transaction has been poor. Over 8 weeks since ordering, and still awaiting most wanted items. False emails stating items have been sent, phone calls with others who claim it’s on its way, poorly packaged products thrown around in box that is left on doorstep with no notification of arrival. This whole company is a joke. I’ve just found out today that Some items I ordered aren’t even on back order yet and have no expected date to arrive. ...Their massive sale is a massive flop. Needs restructuring as current protocols are disappointing to say the least. No business should be advertising products that take over three months to secure without prior knowledge to the buyer.
I ordered products 6.5 weeks ago, I have been told multiple times (via email and telephone) they have been shipped however items are still at their warehouse. Don’t waste your money or time with this company. I am out of pocket and still do not have my items.
Good product range, helpful staff, unreliable transport delivery
Ordered goods for an event from a number of suppliers, all others goods arrived except Educational Experience. 7 days after order, the goods were just leaving the warehouse. They arrived a day too late, but were if reasonable quality and price, staff were helpful. It might be useful to stay on their case and check delivery progress daily by phone.

I placed my order on 11th August from the fundraising catalogue. Their website states that they'll rush your order out to you if the products are in stock and it's for a birthday or special event. Well, I did mention that I required the order before my daughters birthday on the 20th September. I called on the 7th September as I hadn't received any correspondence or my order. I called a week later on the 14th to find out what was going on and my order was still in Sydney, and they would do their best to get it toPerth by the Friday, but it looke...d like it wasn't going to arrive till the 21st - after my daughters birthday! I was given 2 options, have my order cancelled, or pay an addition courier fee to have the order rushed over. I'm sorry what?......considering I order ahead of time and stated it was a birthday order it should be their responsibility to *pay an additional courier fee* to make sure I get my order on time! This made me burst into tears, I couldn't believe this was happening! I was told I'd be e-mailed tracking details, but I received nothing. By the end of the week I'd still received nothing so called AGAIN. The excuse was sorry, they've been really busy but they'll put a rush on the order for Monday. I was outraged that considering I placed the order 5.5weeks prior I'd have nothing to give my daughter for her 4th birthday. After kicking up a fuss they decided to give me a full refund and let me keep the products once they arrived. Usually I'd be thrilled with this, but it still meant I'd now have to organise a babysitter so I could rush out and buy something, anything - for my little girls special day or she'd have nothing. As it turns out, I called them again yesterday - 21st September - delivery day..........no delivery yet. Apparently I should receive my order by Thursday. That's tomorrow. If it doesn't arrive I will be making my 6th phone call. 6th! In my opinion yes, the products are wonderful, and sometimes cheaper than elsewhere. Yes, you'll support the educational business of your choice, but that's where the glory ends. POOR customer service, POOR delivery service, POOR communication, POORLY managed. Apparently my refund of $150.70 has been processed, but I'm yet to see that show up in my account. I'd much rather have just had the gifts I chose for my daughter arrive on time. Unless you are happy to wait till the cows come home for your order, don't do it.
Great product collection but extremely slow, high shipping costs and delivery service lacking

Edex have a fantastic website and a great collection. I ordered an article from them 10 days ahead of when I needed it. (Needed it for my nieces that were visiting me during school holidays). However, it did not get delivered in time so I had to return the packages, which in all due fairness they did return for a full refund. However the entire process highlighted some issues (which I tried to bring to their attention too).
Overall, the customer service personnel are verry good..., and they really do want to help, but their internal processes are lacking. Everything took forever. Firstly, they couldn't deliver in the 10 days that I had ordered it. Then it took them another 15-20 days to pick up the items, and then another few to actually process the refund. (The delivery company (staples?) is so lacking that they dropped off the package without ringing the bell so I couldn't refuse delivery. They also showed up twice to pick up the returned packages!) Overall, great website, friendly customer service folks, however I would rather order from ebay if I want my items on time.
