I don't have any access to solid internet and don't want to use my limited amount on scanning and watching channels could I instead use an antenna cable

We have had our tv for a while now. All of a sudden it turned itself off. When I try to turn it on it turns itself off within seconds. I have taken the batteries out of the remote and it didn't help. I have unplugged the tv for an hour and tried holding the power button and that hasn't worked either.

Using the Remote: • Unplug the cord of the tv on the socket • While you press and hold the VOL+ button for 5 seconds, immediately plug the TV back into a working power outlet. Make sure remote is pointed directly to the TV sensor. • TV will then enter the recovery mode screen. You will see “Entering recovery system! Erasing”. • After the recovery is completed, the problem will be fixed. • You can use the remote control or the buttons on the TV to power ON to confirm whether the unit has been repaired.

Hi. Plugged in switch console in to HDMI ports and they wont work. Not highlighted in options to select and no trouble shooting in manual. How do I get HDMI cables to work in ports??

Bought it yesterday and when turned off or on standby it makes a static sound. I shouldn’t have to turn it off at the power, what is the issue??

Did the reset, wasted time setting up and logging back into everything and no difference, still makes static noises unless switched off completely at the power point.

Does anyone know where to find User Preference on the 32" eko. It says it's in Settings but can't find it. I am trying to turn off TalkBack (screen reader). I found it on the 55" as it's a different setup than the 32"
