the issue with the company i was given the run around and then told that i must buy a new tv even tho (aside from the faulty update) there is essentially nothing wrong with the tv. WHAT A SCAM! im so angry. i will never buy anything from this company ever again!
Follow-up · i fixed the problem myself by getting a tv firestix from amazon that plugs into the hdmi port.
Program to expire after warranty – Please stay away from Eko TV's. They are program to have software issues after the warranty period and the company will not allow you to get the software update unlike other TV's like Kogan, TCL etc that you can download the software. Eko for sure and have also advised my friends and family to stay away from them. Attach is the logo that requires software update and the email which shows they will deny any service and even sending a software update file which I requested for.

Without fail every day I turn this tv on and it will fail to connect to internet – TV seems to be a load of rubbish most parts are fine, with the lack of ability to just color range with range and as for all modem TVs the usb port is near the middle of the tv where you are unable to reach it when wall mounted.

BE WARNED DO NOT BUY THIS TV – We bought 9.0 OS from Big W. The worst ever TV. Took it out of the box as per instructions and plugged it in. Turned on. Hear music. No picture.
