I have bought a EKO 55" Smart UHD LED TV K550USN 1 week ago and all the Free to Air Channels are all completely different to each of the other 3 TVs we have in the house (ie Panasonic 50'', VGA 24'' & Viano 42'' [all work the same ie select CH 24 to watch ABC News Ch 24 etc). So regarding the Channels on the EKO 55" Smart UHD LED TV K550USN - if I want to watch ABC News Ch 24 I need to select Ch 32. If I want Ch 9 I need to select Ch 24. If I want Ch 83 (sky news) I need to select Ch 19. If I want Ch 33 (SBS Food Ch) I need to select Ch 2. If I want Ch 2 (ABC normal Ch) I need to select Ch 33. WHY is this? Cant I change it via ''settings'' or something to get it to work like normal on all the other Brand TVs?

I have purchased an Eko 70” tv last year in November and I have recently started having problems with the remote.
Remote doesn’t work most of the times. I have tried replacing batteries as well. At times I see a red light coming up and then it sometimes goes off while sometimes it stays on but the remote doesn’t work.
Sometimes it starts working again for a coupke of seconds then foes dead again.
How can I apply for a replacement as it is still under warranty?

Just purchased today and not getting any channels, I have performed a factory reset but the scan come up with no channels? It tells me the set up is complete however when I go to live tv it tells me to scan the channels??

We have the 55 inch EKO TV, and have found that the Pause control will only enable pausing for around 4 minutes before it reverts to live TV.
We have tried varions USB storage options, and nothing seems to help.
Any ideas on why this happens??
I have the EKO Full HD Android TV K42FSG and we have checked the antenna etc, but when we scan for channels we are getting no channels. We’ve checked our antenna cable on another tv, which works fine, so that’s definitely not the issue. Why can’t we get tv channels??

Tracey we have tried absolutely everything and can’t get channels at all. We are going to return it and ask for a refund unless we can get it to work before the shops reopen
Do you have a digital antenna ?
If yes please do a reset to the tv and follow the channel scan pet of the reset

You should be able to add the channel back if you re-scan for channels in setup. The steps to do the really depend on the specific model TV you have. Can you please provide us with the model and serial numbers of your TV?
how do i change batteries in EKO 65 TV remote
You will need to take the back off the remote. To do this you hold the sides of the remote and then slide the back downwards. Hope this helps, please let us know how you go.

This is an Android 10 TV which Google have made the steps a lot easier. Please follow these steps...
Choose Live TV in Source
Press the OK button on the remote
Highlight the CH List option then press OK
Highlight the channel or radio station you wish to remove and then press OK
Scroll down to the Delete option then press OK
In the pop up dialogue highlight Yes and then press OK
The channel will no longer be in your channel list.

I purchased an EKO 55” Android TV in November 2020 and am having continuous problems. That much so I googled it and found out so is everyone else. Mine freezes with Netflix playback all the time. It’ll switch off all by its self, not turn off when I want and the remote is sooooo unresponsive. It’ll also flick from high bright to dull, dark colour until I unplug and plug back in from the wall. Not just that but the sound is appalling. Muddy and unclear. Unless it’s on max you can’t make out dialogue.
