Can’t turn TV on
We got ours yesterday & am happy with the pictures, however the sound is no of great quality. BUT my issue is the tv will only turn on by turning the power point off & then crack on. We can’t turn it on with the remote nor manual on/off button. Once on we can operate fine with the remote until we turn it off again.
Purchased in June 2021 for $850.00.
Picture Quality is very poor
Hi could you please let me know why the picture quality is so poor. This TV is not a 4K with HD when you compare with other unbranded name TVs .
The resolution seems to low.
If it’s a 4K tv with HD, then why the picture quality is so poor, I have tried with my remote it is still the same

Terrible Picture & customer service
Bought one of these tv's and it's been nothing but trouble.
First off when turned on the screen is green, the picture is washed out and then it wants to keep turning off.
Contacted support with video of issues and was asked to send through details and proof, ie pictures/video.
Tech came out nearly a month later and confirmed tv was buggered and said he would advise company of this.
We are still waiting on the company to advise of their intentions.
Still watching tv on a small tv after spending good money on this defective piece of junk.

Constant drop outs with wifi...my other smart tv had zero probs. Don’t even bother trying to get technical assistance from the company. I’ve put it out for the trash guys to collect! Don’t waste your money guys go buy a real tv.

Stopped working 5 weeks after purchasing it
I wouldn’t recommend anyone touch this brand with a 10 foot pole. Stopped working (to be more specific, stopped turning on entirely) 5 weeks after purchase. Zero contact numbers for the company, I’m forced to email with them for support with a 24 hour delay for a reply. Now stuck without a tv for Christmas. Will be seeking a full refund from the place of purchase and reporting this company to the ACCC for selling goods not fit for purpose. The returns representative at the store said it’s the third Eko tv they’ve had stop working this month. Defective merchandise and nonexistent overseas based customer support means avoid this brand at all costs!!

we cant get sound from our blueray player. picture is fine.
sound works on tv and netflix and thru our laptop when its plugged in.
using hdmi cable, tried 2 different ones.
tried different hdmi ports.
and tried changing all the audio settings and everything we could find on google.
You mean from your blue ray player if connect to tv the sound is not coming to the tv ?
What did you use to connect the blueray player to tv ?

hdmi cable is not faulty.
The Hdmi cable need to be high speed 2.1
Also on the tv you can change the hdmi setting
What size screws fit the back for the tv to wal mount it?
All wall mount bracket brands include all the vesa standard screws to cover all tvs
