Ever since the most recent update, my TV has been lagging horribly and at least twice a day will freeze or not respond to the remote. The only way to rectify the situation is to either switch off at the wall or long press the power button on the remote to use the 'shut down' option which is at times a lengthy procedure because the TV isn't responding to the remote. Its only happened since the last update so there are obvious bugs that need to be fixed. TV is less than a year old.
Unfortunately the numbers on the remote of the TV I purchased on the 15th May 2021 no longer select the Channels. I checked the batteries and they are fine. I did a reset to default and it worked for a few hours but not any longer. Are you able to advise me how to get it to work or can you please send a replacement Remote Control.
They won't send my partner a new remote as we can't find reciept now the tv not so smart can't even use it

Bought this from Big W a few months ago, set it up and left it until now since we have renovated the lounge. It now comes up with a big grey note in the middle of the screen stating "This copy of Sraf HTML5 Browser is NOT LICENSED. Please contact the vendor or customer support from the manufacturer for further information. S487875" Could you please assist with this?
Please go to setting and do a reset
If that doesn’t work then please email email@example.com so they can organise a software update for you
Purchased the TV on Thursday 01 April, the only way to get the Foxtel to to work every time we turn TV on is to unplug the Foxtel unit and reset it. Did not have this problem with previous tv. Can you please help.
Which Foxtel box do you have ?

Just purchased this tv, when doing setup auto scan tv only picks up channel 10 channels. How can we get all channels?
Please check your antenna if it is digital
It sound like the antenna is not powerful enough to boost the signal into the tv

Bought a 50in eko yesterday (13/3/2021). Turned off last night (13/3/2021) and then when turned on this morning (14/3/2021l it comes up with "no signal" screen. After 2 hours of trying to get it to work, we finally got it. Now again tonight after it being turned off when we went out, we are getting the same "no signal" screen.... not impressed after spending a couple hundred of dollars for this to happen everytime.
The tv is 2 days old and has lost all use of the remote and the buttons on the tv aren't working either. will be getting a refund tomorrow. Terrible quality for a $450 tv

Please pick the tv in its original packaging and take it back to the store where you have bought it from
