Hi. There has been a few people ask about missing tv remotes.. do you know where I can purchase a new one ???or is there any way I can sync an app remote without needing to use blue tooth as I do not have a menu button.

Hi We have just purchased and Eko tv and it won’t even turn on ! The red light is there but we can’t pair the remote until it switches on !!!

I bought a jbl 5..1 sound bar to connect to the 65 inch 4k ultra HD smart tv.
I connected to the HDMI1 ARC on the tv to the HDMI arc out on the bar.
No sound.
The smart phone when connected to bar via BT works perfectly.

You may need to make sure you have high speed cable hdmi 2.1

Also check the audio settings on the tv as you may need to change the audio output

Hello,

I've had this TV for 5 months, however recently the eko logo that appears when turning on the tv now faintly flickers in the background when watching regular channels on the TV. This is incredubly distracting when trying to watch TV - can you please advise how to fix this?

I have emailed but still haven't had a response back even though it's been over 3 weeks. The issue is even worse now - when turning on there are lines which appear all across the screen to the point that you can't see the image on the screen at all.

Did you find out where you can purchase one ?? Brought a Eko tv and lost the remote within 3 weeks. Cant find it and there's no option to get to menu so can't Bluetooth a remote from my phone
