Eko 58" smart tv purchased two days ago and we can't seem to get the volume to work right, more noticeable on Netflix or any movies in general. The voices are hard to hear and have an echo, they seem to fade into the background and the background noise is all we hear. Have tried the settings and nothing seems to work, can't actually watch our brand new tv.

My son pressed a button on the remote and now it is narrating everything I click on with the remote. I have tried to trouble shoot it and pretty much tried every tab on the TV and can't get it to go away. Please help she is driving me insane

Hello, for some reason the YouTube app won’t connect on the smart TV. It says that there is no internet connection yet I’m still able to watch Netflix and play on my consoles with no issues.

You need to press menu then go to channel setting then select scan

But the tv must be connected to digital antenna at first

Hi,
I have the Android EKO tv, 55". Model k55ousgq.
Recorded some programs onto Usb stick and they have subtitles on them, that I can't get rid of. Normal tv doesn't have them and have looked in all settings to see where to switch it off - in recorded programs.
Any help please.

But you are able to switch off subtitle if you press menu then advanced settings and then go into subtitle options

These only show up in recorded shows. They're actually "closed captions".
As I said - they are showing up on all recorded shows on the USB stick. Not on live tv. These are programs - that I have recorded on this tv. Not from anywhere else. Have emailed support and explained it.
Has anyone else had this issue?
It is very annoying if you don't want them on.
