Lifts that do not work – This company is a disgrace . 2 of 3 lifts constantly out of order . Weeks to fix . Maybe I should sue them for injury to my leg . How they are still in business is beyond me

DO NOT BUY A LIFT FROM THIS COMPANY – WARNING - THIS COMPANY DO NOT HAVE SPARE PARTS IN STOCK FOR LIFTS THAT THEY SELL SO WHEN LIFT BREAKS DOWN THEY CANT REPAIR IT our lift is less than 1 year old and been out of action for 2 weeks -they have no estimated arrival date of the parts from china how can a lift company selling very expensive products not have spare parts in stock? - absolute disgrace

ELECTRA LIFT COMPANY – Lift refurbishment and upgrade by Electra Lifts is totally unsatisfactory in terms of programming. Original dual lifts installed are Electra's own brand and were refurbished after 20 years of service. Problem is they cannot programme there own lift software. 1/Lifts run phantom rides. 2/Programme avoids using the 2nd lift to expedite calls. 3/Passenger wait time is often excessive. 4/ One lift remains idle while the other completes multiple rides. 5/ Lifts are wearing out at a faster rate due to unsolicited rides.

My advice is do not use this company, as no other lift company is, either A/ willing or B/ able to programme Electra's Software.
