Carpets really needed to be replaced, they were that revolting. Scott did a great job and the carpet actually looked a lot better, I was really surprised. Scott was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, considerate and did a great job! Yes, I'd definitely recommend.

scheduled a clean weeks before?). I'm hosting a Canadian Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday. My son is visiting. They offered a Saturday clean at a 10% discount - that doesn't help at all. I want to spend every moment with my son. I want my friends to sit down on clean chairs. Both of those hopes are gone. How dare they ask for 48 hours notice when they cancelled at 24? When I tried to respond to their cryptic text, it was rejected (so they can cancel me but I can't even respond).
Follow-up · To be fair, the owner knew how bad the service was. Although I didn't have the time to take him up on his offer (and I bought a machine of my own to clean my chairs), I greatly appreciated his calling me and trying to make amends. I don't know what caused the problem - perhaps immediately offering a discount and an apology might have been the better choicel He does appear to care.

Follow-up · Pleased with results……issue was mould in areas around 2 air conditioners,so both air conditioners and surrounds were cleaned…….entire house misted to clear spores that may not have been captured in the process……….The booking process a little frustrating as call centre did not have the technical skills to appropriately coordinate action needed……this meant technician had to return to do the work.
