Worst customer service!!
Booked with electrodry and paid a 100 dollar deposit for no one to show up for the appointment time of 3:30, I called at 4pm to be told they couldn’t get in touch with the technician, then to be put on hold for 20 minutes and the call cut out, when I called back at 4:26 I was told to call back in 4 minutes as I’ve to allow an hour over the agreed time for traffic? The third time I called back I was told still they couldn’t get in touch with the technician and they would give me 20 dollars off to reschedule, their customer service are rude and n...ot helpful at all, after waiting all day and moving furniture and taking the day off work for no one to show up and told to wait to call back and complain is shocking! Very unreliable company and a waste of a day off work, do not book with these!!

Spoke to them on the phone and the man said none of their queen bed services are at this price. The person I spoke to said with 'call out', their prices begin at $139. False advertising. Such a dishonest way to start (and finish on my account) a business dealing.

Had tile and grout cleaning done. Terrible job, edges missed and still visible soiling on top of tiles, grout hardly cleaned ( house only 4yrs old), even missed a room altogether. House was empty at the time so no excuses really. Took the guy approximately 90 mins to do my whole house and on the booking day I was told it would be the best part of a day. This is where alarm bells should have gone off really but I was in between houses so I didn't do a full inspection until it was too late. $1200 down and very disappointed. I guess the service all depends on the agent...Coffs Harbour's was rubbish.

**Warning Do Not Use This Company!!** Poor and Lack of Communication - tried to re charge me for poor job completion
Had the carpets cleaned on 19th February for a rental vacate clean (house well ventilated after clean as instructed) - Real estate said carpets had a funky smell on 5th March (14 days after service), I contacted within 14 days and they agreed to re do the carpets for Thursday 11th March (This company boasts a 14 day satisfaction guarantee). When they went to collect keys they said they will have to charge me again (I paid $219 on the 19th) and they wanted to charge me $217 to re do the carpets and then abandoned the re do job for their next job.... Completely blind sighted I called Electro Dry and was put on hold for 20 minutes then cut off, I rang back and got someone different so had to explain the situation all over again to them, just for me to be put back on hold for 20 minutes for them to say that it was, 1, outside the 14 days (I contacted them on day 14 but they couldn't send someone out until 6 days later - how is this my issue? Loop hole for them perhaps?) and they had agreed to re do the carpets for me as the real estate still had my bond and they didn't do a thorough job the first time around obviously. After frustrating phone call after phone call, I still got no where. Do not use this company. I will never use a company that cannot communicate properly and have these kinds of business dealings. If you agree to re-do a service, then follow through - it is just that simple. Don't hang people out to dry and try and re-charge them for it when it should have been done right the first time around.

Disappointed, never ever again!
My carpets were still grubby and none of the edges were clean when the Electra dry man was about to leave after the so called carpet cleaning. I showed him all the parts that were still dirty and he had the audacity to say that I had the special, 4 rooms for a discounted price and what did I expect, and that he couldn't fix it as he would be late for his next job. I refused to pay and rang the company and they organised another Electra dry man to come out and re-do the carpets that afternoon. The second fella came out and I had to pay him befor...e he would re-do the carpets, which I did, begrudgingly. The carpets and all the edges were so much cleaner than the first time, but it was still not as good as it could of been! I will never use Electra dry again, I will go with steam cleaning in future!!! (The photos below are what I took after the first cleaning!)
Dropped the ball
Prices doubled , cancellations day before from Electrodry. We look after many bnbs. Electrodry used to be our go too but not anymore. Unfortunately these guys have totally dropped the ball. Cleaning agent does a great job but the company have failed to deliver.

Disgraceful and embarrassing
I booked Electrodry one month in advance to complete an end of lease clean on my 2 bedroom unit, and received a quote that I thought was reasonable. Less than one hour before my unit was due to be cleaned I received a call saying that the booking needed to be rescheduled to the following day, which was a huge inconvenience as my final inspection was the following morning, and my electricity and water were due to be cut off that afternoon. Electrodry did not show any concern and did not attempt to accomodate to this. As a result, I spent several...hours contacting my real estate, and water and electricity companies trying to change our final inspection, and extend our accounts, which cost me even more money. The following day, the technician arrived at the property 3 hours early, meaning that my partner had to leave work to go and unlock the property for him. When asked about the service, my partner explained to the technician that we had been offered a free Electro-Shield service when we booked, which the technician then requested additional payment for. When the final inspection was carried out by my real estate, they contacted me and questioned if the carpets had actually been cleaned, as they appeared dirty and there was fluff throughout the unit. There was also a used band-aid left in the kitchen sink, the laundry sink was full of dirt, and the toilet had been used and not flushed. Prior to the technician arriving at the unit it had been professionally cleaned and photographed, so I know these things were not there before. When I called Electrodry about this they told me I could not get a refund until the carpets had been cleaned a second time. When I asked them to clean them again within the week (before the new tenants moved in) they told me that was not possible, yet after further discussion, they booked it in for the Monday. I then explained that they would need to pick the keys up from the real estate, as they were returned once the unit was unlocked for the technician. They told me that this would require an additional $30 charge, after I had already been charged a significant amount more than I was quoted, and despite the fact that the work done was not up to standard in the first place. I am now waiting for the carpets to be cleaned a second time after spending countless hours on the phone to Electrodry and my real estate. I am extremely embarrassed by the state the unit was left in when the technician left, and I absolutely will NOT be using Electrodry again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone. I would like to note, however, that although this service was booked through Bendigo, I was informed that the technician had travelled from Melbourne to complete this job.

I had them clean my carpets when I left a rental townhouse the carpet cleaning was a complete waste of time and money the guy blames the carpet my landlord was so shocked he insisted I give him the receipt
Absolutely dreadful service.
No communication between call centre and technician. Work that needed to be done was apparently excluded from the quote. Tiles looked as bad as before the clean but grout started to crumble and fell out a day after the clean. 2 weeks ago I've complained to the company and asked for a refund but despite numerous phone calls I have not yet been contacted by anyone discussing this matter with me. Never again!
Didn't Show Up, Twice.
Had a booking for 0730 Friday, technician called in sick. So the area coordinator rebooked for 1030 without confirming with me, but I had already explained that was too late as I was at work by then. So they rescheduled for 0730 following Monday. Again, no show. I call them and they tell me that the coordinator will call me to reschedule at 1230, no call. I call up in late afternoon to reschedule and all for a discount, and they couldn't provide me with a discount. Twice I'd removed the furniture from my rooms for no reason. Hopeless.
Cancelled job at last moment
When booking, explained exactly where I lived at length. I was told that they travel a lot further than where I live. They then rang and cancelled at last moment saying they no longer service my area. Can't find another company due to Christmas and I am about to put property on market to sell. Terrible Service. I will never use them again.
Would not book
After booking to get my carpets cleaned and clearly stating I had tea stains, the gentleman arrived and stated stain removal would be additional charge which I wish I’d been informed of. Also told would smell very strong-not great with children home post clean so had to cancel. Again wish I’d been informed
We gave electrodry repeated opportunities to resolve the problem with our stairs. I wrote to them at length on this site because we got no satisfaction from the service centre. The stairs have been left stained due to the carpet not being thoroughly cleaned in the first instance. This has not been rectified by the company after having sent another two cleaners. I am at a loss because the senior representative blames the carpet! I didn’t expect to have my stairs look far worse after the job and still be able to get sand out of the carpet myself....I was foolish enough to pay for the job originally because l thought that the company would ensure my satisfaction...isn’t that a guarantee? I have not been offered any restitution and have wasted so many hours on this already.

And been a customer of this company for 10 years. Cleaners changing times, stating they were at the front door knocking and they were at the WRONG address. Didn't bother to call to see why I wasn't answering the door. when I call said I did answer the door??? I kept giving chance after chance. This is just one of my complaints. I will never use this company again.
Rang to get a quote on my lounge 3 seater with a Chase said it was a big one quoted $190 to $250 guy turns up asks if I have had it done before respond no says $360 when I mentioned in quote said maximum is $250 just shrugged.
Carpet took forever to dry. They weren't cleaned as promised. Ruined my rug - it's all warped. Ditched waste on my grass turning it brown. Follow up customer service was also dreadful
Very Poor Service
Booked them in for my air con to be cleaned, waited 10 days for the booking only for them to not come on time, no contact. We contacted the company and they told us the technician was running late and could not make the booking in time after us waiting around for an hour. They could not book us in for another week, really poor service, will never use again.

Had to change my booking as going away .Firstly told me my booking was today? And quizzed me twice on who and when I rebooked. My booking which its 3 days away so gave them ample time. Then told me its a non transferable as too late . Put on hold.. Abby was her name. Have emailed this company x4 times with no response to reschedule booking until I emailed kaye and asked to be contacted asap to change my booking. ... I spoke to her and was immediately referred to refund.. But they dont refund your card of purchase but to your bank account. Treated terribly by staff.Never again..Will look for someone else to clean
Fancy gear but no idea!
I paid about $250 to have 5 rooms cleaned in my new house (I'm only the 2nd owner but I wanted a 'fresh' start). The guys came over with their fancy gear and within 30 mins, informed me they were all done, with hindsight this should have been an indication of how thorough they were (not). Today, out of boredom I think, my partner used her new Dyson and these picture are the result of what Electrodry left behind. Not good enough to promote yourself as expert carpet cleaners who can be outperformed by a domestic vacuum cleaner. Unreal.

Waste of time
Booked for appraisal of mould removal in bedroom. On time, quote done, $40 deposit paid. Rang a few days later to book job. They will get back to me. Twice more I rang within a week to organise job, again someone will get back to me, did not happen. My husband then rang to tell them to forget it and refund our deposit since they were obviously not going to provide the service. Again we were told they would get back to us to get our details for refund. Two weeks ago. No contact.

I found it difficult to establish a time for my carpet to be cleaned, and the email that was sent didn't match the actual time on the 3 occasions Electrodry have attended my property. The onsite staff have been keen to please but I can't say that about management. When I had problems due to the stairs not being cleaned properly, and shocking stains remained, the first service agent took pictures and said he would refer the problem on, then I arranged for a second service agent who also cleaned the stairs but he was clearly and rightfully not satisfied that the issue had been resolved either. He suggested I contact the company again to get a supervisor to attend. I made another appointment (who showed up at the unscheduled time again) and it was another service agent. I explained it all to him due to the fact he had no idea about the existing problem. He spoke to his supervisor and I was told that after he cleaned the stairs for the 3rd time I would receive a phone call from him to check if I was happy. By now the carpet is stretched, and all stains are not gone. The carpet needs replacing, and I am extremely concerned because you can't match new with old, and you can't stop at the top of the stairs. Having not heard from the supervisor, I phoned the company again, and have not yet had any response. I don't wish to write a rotten report on product review, but according to Australian Consumer Law, and I quote, this is a major failure -"the services are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit, within a reasonable time. For example, a carpet-cleaning service changes the colour of the consumer’s carpet in some places" Page 4 of 'An Industry Guide to Australian consumer Law'.
