Especially good for apartment cleaning!! – I love this vacuum cleaner!!! I also owned another more expensive vacuum cleaner by Miele but love this more.The Miele one has better suction but really hard to move around. Buyer Beware!!! – As soon as your machine is out of warranty it will pack in and they will refuse to pay.. The button stays stuck in the "ON" position and won't turn off. Very disappointing!!

They break and can't handle any Dust or debris what so ever I think someone should tell them it's supposed to be a vacuum!!!

Terrible product – I have had electrolux vacuum cleaners for 56 years and this model which cost more than $400 is a disgrace. It rolls over, the tools cheap and nasty and the cleaning heads too bulky to get into corner areas. The turbo head to fit my machine zus3940p has now ceased and a new one will cost me over $150. Great price, reliable machine – This vacuum cleaner is so quiet! I have a toddler that would become upset when I used our old noisy vacuum. Now, I use the ultrasilencer and my son is happy and calm. The vacuum comes with all the necessary attachments including a hard floor attachment which is essential in our home. Great price too! Inexpensive, excellent quality, really quiet.

really pretty sad. It's way too much money to pay for something that constantly breaks and has to be repaired. Good suction Handle broke twice and it rolls over constantly.

love it – was going to buy a dyson but couldnt spend that much, this vac cost less than half the amount a dyson would . it has great attachments, handle,long cord and has slots to keep the hose in while resting between cleans..It has bags but they are better than bagless cleaners for dust and mess emptying the cannister.. quiet when not used in full power mode, good hard floor tool,

I had one of those fancy bagless types before this one and cleaning out the dust barrel was always a nightmare - spent my time coughing thru a cloud of dust each time I needed to clean it. minimise exposure to the dust. Bagless cleaners don't work for me when I have to clean them out. This is a very good quality machine which is a pleasure to use. Ultra silent. Not too heavy to pull along. Excellent filter system. Well balanced for picking up by handle during use. Good quality fittings and accessories.

Handle broken twice, at the same place, when pulled left, or right, machine rolls over and turns of – During 15 months from purchase, handle was broken twice, both time at the same place - just below the handle. It is visible that the plastic on that point is to thin and prone to brekage. People in service told me the same. It is weak point. problem with the handle on other machines. I am using machine every day for kichen and living area and less often for the rest of the house. Of course, i am using some pressure when vaccuming, but handle should be strong enough and made to survive pressure.this one is not!

On top of that problem there is another one - this machine rolls over (upside down), when pulled left or right, or around the corners and when roll it turns itself of.

It has some positive characteristics - it is quiet machine, with good suction, but with my experience, i would never by it again. Quiet, with good suction Handle is to thin and prone to breackage, and machine turns upside down and turns itself of, when pulled left, right, or around the corner

off, this is more of a annoyance than anything, VERY QUIET, PLENTY OF SUCTION ROLLS OVER TO EASY WHEN TURNING CORNERS AND SOME HOW MANAGERS TO TURN ITSELF OFF
