Not satisfied at all.
They use manipulate ways to advertise. I have bought a headset, their ad said compatible with PS4, when arrave it wasn't compatible, email them but in vain.
Tanita Scale Had a fauld, changed for a new set with no problems at all.
Liam provided exhalant customer service and followup.
Dont by icarsoft obd readers
Unsupported modules on icarsoft products and dealer will make excuses to refuse refund. Connects to car but does not allow module advertised on web to display.Told i had a change of mind but product clearly wont do what adversited to do.
Excellent shopping experience
Best customer service! Prompt reply to my questions and sorted out problems efficiently. When I returned a faulty item, they processed it and sent me a replacement in no time! Very impressive about the service. The prices of the products on the website are very reasonable as well. Will come back to buy more and highly recommend to others as well.
Beware if you have to make a warranty claim
I was of two minds about posting this review because Mary from EE has been polite and communicative through this process. However, I think it's important for other people considering purchasing Onyx products from EE to be aware that they are not authorised to perform any repairs on Onyx products, therefore, if there is a fault on your item (as was evident with mine), the item has to be shipped overseas for repair. EE will NOT offer a replacement or a refund and you will be left with only one option - being without your device for weeks (possibl...y months) while it is shipped overseas for repair. I have now been without my Onyx Ebook Reader for well over a month, and I'm still awaiting an update on when my item will be repaired and returned, beyond a vague response of "a few weeks". As I can see that EE customer service usually posts timelines for its actioning of customer service on this site, I'll pre-empt with the detailed timeline below: 18 August 2020 - Purchased item from EE 19 August 2020 - Item dispatched by EE. Received safely and in good condition. 7 Jan 2021 - Battery starts draining quickly on device. Contact EE via email about the issue. 22 Jan 2021 - Receive response from Mary apologising for delay. Advises I should send device in (at my cost) for assessment 11 Feb 2021 - Track item and realise package has been waiting at EE PO Box for over a week. Email Mary to find out what's happened. Mary gets back to me and says the package will be picked up. 16 Feb 2021 - Contact Mary for an update after hearing nothing
Great customer service
Purchased a Kobo from them after getting some advice from the staff. It was shipped the next day and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was faulty and I had to return it, but that was no problems and it was replaced. Had no troubles and would buy from them again.
One item was faulty. Refunded. All good. Great communication. They even answered my query during Xmas holidays. Will shop there again.
Had some issues with the dashcam suddenly not turning on anymore but Elite Electronics have been very helpful and it has been sent to Thinkware for repair

Got a fantastic price and fast shipping for our Foscam. While we did have issues with the device itself, Liam helped us through the support, returns and warranty replacement flow. Made the process super smooth with consistent email responses and follow ups. Very happy with the service (and now the product too!)
Great service in the face of challenging times
Purchased two pairs of Havit i93. One set didn't charge properly. A brief verification process later Elite organised to exchange the unit. All of this was done during COVID lockdown.
Top shelf service & product
The BOOX Max3 - functional & easy to navigate website. Elite staff was happy to discuss product so decision was easy, delivery was as promised. After a few days I had problem with the Max3 which required return. Elite was happy to replace under warranty (it was a BOOX Max 3 issue). The Max3 is so easy on the eyes that I no longer read any documents or books on the iPad. Highly recommend Elite staff and the service,
Great customer aftercare with azdome ar08 dash cam
I purchased an azdome ar08 front and rear dash cam/ reverse camera for my vehicle. I initially had an issue with the firmware corrupting but the team at elite electronics helped resolve it by email by providing me with with the update and steps to install it. They were very helpful in fixing the issue. The product has been working really well since the update and for the price I am extremely happy with the purchase and would reccomend it to others. even with this small issue it is still hundreds of dollars cheaper than big name brands so I can ...live with that. It takes good quality footage in day and night aswell as having a reverse camera is very helpful. I added the GPS antenna to it so it shows the vehicle speed and coordinates to the footage.

You can purchase an adapter. For example you have an iPhone charger but need to charge a Samsung so u buy the small adapter to allow this to happen.

We don't have your particular order details handy at the minute, though if you purchased the 3XL Universal Bury cradle, these aren't supplied with an iPhone-compatible adaptor sadly. Bury only includes a micro USB adaptor in the box by default, so a Lightning adaptor would need to be purchased separately if needed for use with iPhone.
