Worst App Change
Loved the previous app, it was great distinction between categories, now it feels like menulog or similar apps! Navigation sucks! Redeemed offer value shows max amount, which is incorrect, previous redemption history completely lost upon change, map doesn't distinguish between categories I.e. restaurants... Complete miss and hit! Refusal of the company to acknowledge their complete and utter muck up is even worse! Lost me for next subscription!
Terrible new App
Had no idea or prior notice that the App had changed. Very difficult to set up again & dreadful to navigate. Out of the few remaining places in our area to offer discounts many have been out of business for some time. The change in Apps was a huge mistake on many levels.
Why change a good thing????
App suddenly changesd without warning. Couldn't work through verification and log in process when presented with bill at restaurant. Wasn't expecting the app to have just disappeared. Missed out on discount. No longer user friendly. Won't be buying this again.
They remove existing Offers every day
You can no longer get the Paper version. Every day, they are removing more and more Offers from the App. Soon, there will be no Offers left. The owner of EntertainmentBook, Incentipay, is losing share price and will be bankrupt by the end of the year. I suggest no-one else buy the book as you are just throwing money to the wind!
Won't publish negative reviews
We have the digital version this which has its own issues but the real issue when you have reviewed a restaurant from within the app they won't publish it if it is negative in any way. So you have no faith in any of the reviews on anything on offer. Most of the restaurants are second rate and we've have some truly shocking meals..
Updated the App and it took away the Offers
Update the app and it took away most of the offers. Digital Version this year looks so much more trimmed down. With only 251 Offers. So after update I have less offers than before.
Can't even Buy Regular Woolworths voucher. Or other Vouchers from Snooze etc
With Update it gives them more control as to how many offers they want to give or take away. More power to take away the offers.
This is definitely last Year with Entertainment Book. Unless they fix it up.
No point buying the book as many business are struggling so it’s almost insulting to whip out a coupon. Many restaurants aren’t accepting the discount during covid either which makes books useless.
Will not extend 12-month subscriptions due to loss of use during the pandemic
Sadly, the Entertainment Book WILL NOT add extra time lost due to the pandemic for existing customers.
Sadly, Entertainment book will NOT honour the current 12-month subscriptions with extra time shows the level of contempt that Entertainment Book has for its customers.
DO NOT BUY as you cannot be guaranteed the subscription time use you pay for from Entertainment Book.
Now only available an app yet pricing hasn't changed to reflect the cost-saving of no longer printing books which I'm sure was factored into the pricing, yet the pricing remains the same as a physical book?? and it's still called a book, go figure that's the level of quality control they have.
Extremely poor customer service but good value for use in restaurants
Despite attempts to contact them on multiple platfirms - phone, email , messenger - with queries about why a February purchase showed an expiry date of 06/2020 instead of 96/2021 no one replied
Good discounts at reputable places
The entertainment book has been around for many years! I just have to remember to use the discounts! Saves me heaps in travel, restaurants etc. the only negative is that most of the travel rooms are for the twin share and no rooms avail for our family of five with teens!
Successful Fundraiser at St Joseph's Primary School
I have been managing the Entertainment Book fundraiser at St Joseph's Primary School, Tweed Heads for 5 years now. The staff have always been so professional, organised, friendly and helpful. To us it is a no brainer. We make over $500 every year in fundraising for our school forum, and we have so many families that just love the membership. The ones that don't wish to purchase it for whatever reason, just return it. Simple as that. I highly recommend it, not just as an amazing product (I save over $500 per year using my membership), but also as a great way for schools to make fundraising $$. I have also used the Bali edition twice! For anyone that likes to try new restaurants and save money at the same time is crazy not to have one!

Can you still log on and buy travel stuff through the website? Used to book hotels and theme park tickets and would like to buy the membership. But only if I can get travel discounts.

Trying to find rottnest fast ferries on the Western Australian version. Booked tickets with the discount now can't find them on this useless app. Any help out there
