On the 9th December 2017 I placed an order ( as I have done many times in the past with no problems at all ) and I still haven't received it. It cost me $75.50 so I'm pretty annoyed. I've sent emails with my invoice number but have had no response. With this last order I did notice products were missing from various categories and I wondered about this. I also had a terrible time with my password not being accepted and because of multiple attempts and time outs I had to keep changing it til a new one finally worked.

Epharmacy delivery has become very bad. Why do we have to wait so long for our orders from within the local area. Used to be next day now you're lucky if it's next week,
Cheap Prices don't necessarily come with good service.
I've ordered twice from ePharmacy, and both times postage has been a delayed process. Firstly it took 4 days from purchase for me to receive an email stating the product had been sent and the appropriate tracking information, and another 5 days to get the product, 9 days in total since ordering . The second time, I ordered it took 11 days for me to receive the email stating the product had been sent and the appropriate information provided and another 5 days to receive the product, 16 days in total since ordering. Never online have I witnessed ...such poor service, in terms of communication and handling time. This store has the potential to become something far better than it is. If the managers are reading this, something needs to be done, and once implemented you need to communicate your changes with the public. I'm a very patient person, but when prescription medication that I need to survive is delayed far beyond the norm, it can become tedious and the fact that it took so long put significant strain on my body.

Fool me once...
Fool me twice... I placed an order a few months back (all items in stock), after close to 2 weeks it still hadn't been shipped despite their website stating "ePharmacy will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday". I got a refund with an excuse about warehousing issues, and ordered elsewhere online (3 days to be delivered from a competitor).
Last weekend I decided to give them another chance assuming any "warehousing issues" would have been sorted and on the back of years of previous orders being delivered promptly. It...still took 5 working days to dispatch. They've lost all my future business. I've order on numerous occasions over the years without having to wait more than 2 days for everything to be at my door, now it takes a week on average to leave their warehouse let alone be delivered! I feel sorry for someone ordering medicines off this mob, they'd die waiting. At least not all Australian retailers are as unorganised; I ordered car parts and supplies from 2 other online retailers a 2 days later and have already received both orders (from interstate) before the ePharmacy order was even processed.
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing
2 of us taking Seatone for arthritis monthly and usual order around 5 bottles a month. All too often held back due to lack of stock. Suddenly cant order more than 2 at a time. On inquiring told due to short expiry date but always had around 18 months on them. Then when I pointed this out got a lecture can only take 5 caps a day. Now this is green lipped muscle extract not a chemically made up drug, and there is no limit on how many green lipped mussels one can consume. So I have stopped ordering because of course this is someone taking it upon ...themselves without the correct knowledge and treating me as a moron which I am not. Poor public relations and had had various other silly late orders and poor excuses over an 8 year period. That was last straw as we cant go a day without it or in shocking pain. And our profile showed 2 both with arthritis so no excuse there or for ignorance on fact dose is just a guide and being natural food which has no limits on consumption as I said a little knowledge. Seems to me no management to speak of and had had stock tampered with as well as out of date over the years and late delivery due to stock shortages usually Seatone and I have used it myself since 1979. Can see if a script then advice necessary of course Usually have a larger coverage than other onlines now use 2 monthly. Stock levels too low with to many held back for stock unavailable.
Customer service leaves much to be desired.
I placed an order just before noon on 24th May 2012 and only received a shipping notification at 5.15 pm on 29th May. My earlier emails to their customer service dept about the status of my order were ignored. I have been a regular customer since 2009 and have noticed a drastic drop in their customer service. I will not shop here again.
