be happier. Everything works great, great wash everytime, spins clothes dry with no tangling, quick, & every program you could need. Or just whack em in add detergent & softener, hit power then start and it'll work it out for you. For $400 you'd be mad to buy anything else. Oh yea, I ordered on the 7th & it was delivered on the 8th. They updated me every 1/2 hour about the delivery, the bloke came in, fitted it, tested it, took the old one away in 20 mins. Bloody fantastic. A++

Disgusting. Relentless. Faulty. E3 Obsessive – I bought this machine yesterday. The first quick load went through no issues. The second load all the problems began with the E3 code being activated. I've asked for an immediate return. I don't care for the $384. I want people to avoid Appliances Online, Esatto and Residentia Group - see any of the 3 just don't purchase. Trust me. It's been the worst new appliance experience I've ever had. It's floored me into depression. Please boycott all 3 organisations and their products. The one star rate is way too high.

Not a good machine – On delivery day of this machine, two buttons wouldn't work and the hot water valve wouldn't let hot water flow into machine. Had another one delivered next day. you've pushed start without turning it off and back on. Opening the lid would deliver a constant high pitched beep noise that won't stop (even if you then close the lid) until you press start button. Constantly assumes I want to run at least 2+ rinse cycles no matter the water level (such a waste of water). The wash cycle is aggressive and the spin cycle is LOUD (need to close laundry door to tolerate) and the clothes come out tangled every time. Wash/Rinse cycle run times aren't that customizable at all.

On top of that, dealing with the leaking issue with Esatto was a nightmare. It took almost two months from first call (to report leak) to get someone out to look at it. Phone calls would frequently go under answered, despite the message saying I'd be waiting about 2 minutes, which turns into 20 minutes and then tells me no support is available. I almost cried happy tears when I was able to finally return it.

PLEASE spend a little extra and get a reputable quality machine, don't make my mistake.

Esatto Top Loading Washing Machine – Nice looking, very practical size for average family. This unit cleans great, plenty of options to use, and good on water saving. 3 Star water rating and approx. 99L for a full wash. balanced, but the cycle continues to the end. Final spin can leave clothes a little more damp than front loaders. I like the ability to add a after thought item to the wash, cant do that with front loader. Over all I do like this unit, and would replace with the same brand if the occasion arose.
