Eufy Robovac is a Great product
Absolutely love this new family member! Does more cleaning than the kids in the short time it's been here.
I did all my reading and research before I decided on this model and glad to have done so.
This model is straightforward, attach all its parts, charge and hit the autoclean button and off it goes.
Now for those fussy and regimented ppl wanting it to do a perfect up and down clean this not the case, however it does clean well.
We have 2 large dogs and I was vacuuming 2-3times a day, now I have a quick vac thru I program it to vac at lunch...

My New Best Friend
I purchased this Robotech about 6 weeks ago
To be honest I thought it would be a bit gimmicky, but I was very very surprised. It is BRILLIANT. As my mobility is not very good, I always depended on my husband to do all the hovering or get a cleaner in to do so. I use it on wooden floors and carpet. My carpet is pale in colour and was starting to look a bit tatty. But since I got 'Rob' It looks like new! Even my family notice the difference in it.
I turn it on usually before I get in the shower, by the time I finished It has all my floors spo...

Great Robovacuum
We've had it for about 6 months and use it every 2-3 days and it always picks up a surprisingly large amount of dust, pet fur and everything else. On a combination of hard floors and carpet it will easily run for 2+ hours and get pretty much everywhere. It's a 'dumb' Robovacuum so no route planning and isn't supported by Google/Alexa, though, its sensors are usually sufficient for it to find its way to each room, and it only gets stuck if we don't plan ahead and clear its way.
Cant go wrong with this Robovacuum. I got it for ~$300AUD, which would suggest its a mid-range quality Robovacuum (for Australia) but I would be surprised if the more expensive ones are much better than this one to be worth the money.
Purchased in for $300.

Value for dollar
After my expensive iRobot broke down (after a good 5 years). I decided to buy the Eufy as it was affordable.
I have been using the Eufy for over 6 months and I am so impressed by its quality.
It is a no frills robot vacuum but does exactly what it is supposed to (clean the floors every day).
Each morning I remove all cords out of its way, make sure all wardrobe doors are closed and everything is off the floor.
My Eufy is programmed to clean when I am at work which I love.
It is possibly too loud if you are working from home- (if you can close an office door it would be fine).
It would also be perfect for an office/workspace space to clean in the evenings.
I would recommend this product if someone was looking for an affordable robot vacuum.

Great on carpet and hard floors - no more cat fur!
I've got arthritis and a fluffy white cat, so vacuuming every day was a real chore. I wanted a basic model robo-vac with no apps and within a reasonable budget, and after reading the reviews decided on the Eufy 11s. I've had it for two weeks, used it every day and I couldn't be happier. It has some basic functions and a remote control and I've found the auto setting does the best job. It whips around quickly, and because of the slim design it's low enough to get under most of my furniture, making my life a lot easier as I'm not having to dr...
Read moreag furniture around. It deals with the cat fur easily on both the hard floor - vinyl planks and ceramic tiles, plus on the textured thick carpet. I live in a town house so need to carry it upstairs and it is light weight enough to make that easy too. (It can't do my narrow stairs, but then neither could my old vacuum, so I still have to use a hand held for those.) It can climb the little rise from the carpet up onto the bathroom floor tiles and down again. The best thing is it gets under the bed where the cat likes to sleep and I've found almost impossible to vacuum before with my big upright vacuum. It's easy to empty, with a cassette-like dust tray that slides out and then flips open, and it comes with a little brush to clean the filters. I was shocked at the amount of tiny dust like particles it picks up, especially from the carpet, so I can see it's doing a very thorough job. The Eufy came with clear instructions, extra filters and side brushes in the box. The noise level is about a 4/10 so you can hear it but it's not too annoying. The cat isn't scared by it, rather he likes to watch it and follows it around! If you want a basic robovac then this is a great choice.Purchased in at BestBuyonlinestore on ebay for $309.

Enjoying it, its like a weird pet!
Its a really good machine for a decent price. You almost feel like it has a personality like Wall-E or something. Now our apartment extra clean! We use it on both tiles and carpet, seems to be picking small dust as well as big dust. Be aware it does bump into things lightly hence the Wall-E feel.

Love it! Keeps me sane!
Absolutely love that it cleans pet hair everyday and I do not have to get the big vac out. It has helped heaps with my OCD and I come back to a clean home. It gets stuck sometimes in rooms that are too bright or surfaces that bounce back sunlight and under couches as well, but we have worked around it and it's perfect!

Really loving our Eufy Robovac 11.
It does exactly what it sets out to do. I have it on auto and the floor coverage is great. The battery has never gone flat during cleaning, and it is easy to distinguish what the problem is when it picks up something that gets stuck in the roller etc. Highly recommend.

Five star
I was a little reluctant to buy this appliance because I thought it probably wouldn't work for too long and was just a waste of money. Boy, was I wrong!! This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have a German Shepherd dog who sheds hair like there is no tomorrow. The machine does a fabulous job on hard floors and low carpets picking up loads of hair and dust. It runs over rugs but I'm not sure effective the cleaning is. It's simple to use, quiet, and self managing. It is fascinating to watch and you can see the tracks that it...
Read more leaves on carpets, so you know it hasn't missed a bit!! It has only become trapped once and that was because of some cables that I had left loose. The only issue is that the waste container might be a bit small, but if I use it more regularly, perhaps not. Great purchase, great machine, five star.Purchased in at Kogan for $289.
Questions & Answers
Will it scratch timber floors and is it capable of going over rug?
