The ladies were absolutely lovely and very helpful. They allowed my friend and I to wonder through the store at our own pace but keep checking to see if they could answer any questions or find something for us. Do not buy the provence round table! Absolutely shocking quality. It is recycled wood but is not fit for being a table with the fibres and splinters you get. Customer service dont reply either. Called the shop directly, email complaint, social media and mediation through this platform and still have not had 1 person to respond. In the photos you… Read more
can see the fibres sticking up everywhere in the table, the uneven surface, the splinters of wood sticking up and deep groves which you have to constantly get a tooth pick to clean. There is also bits on the edges which havent been sanded properly so catches on your clothes. It does even seem like the table was properly sanded or sealed on top prior to coming.
Im embarrassed when people come over and spill their drinks because its so uneven or drop food and it get stuck in the deep groves. My toddler is constantly getting splinters so we are beyond disappointed spending so much money on a table for this outcome.
Rung the store straight after delivery to complian about the quality and it not being the same as in store and was told we need to do an online form with the complaint as they are unable to assist. Was told we should have rejected it upon arrival (we didnt know this was a thing). We Did the form online - no contact back from anyone. Reached out on social media, told the manager was on holidays and they would contact me back, never did. Very disappointing.

Follow-up · This furniture did not require assembly and it is very comfy. The dining table, chairs and matching counter stools have proven to be just what we wanted, easy to clean and looks amazing!!

I have had a wonderful experience with Eureka Capalaba. I had bought several pieces of furniture for my new apartment and my settlement date kept getting moved, so I had to keep changing my delivery date. The women in store went out of their way to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped me stay calm and now I have a home filled with beautiful pieces. I will shop in this store again.

Very helpful and listen to what customers needs are! Only negative is that the stores never carry stock! Understand the big furniture pieces, but smaller tables, flower boxes etc would be great if you can take it home immediately Show details
Was a little disappointed when picking up my table that i was told it would come flat packed .Arrived to picked it up from the warehouse and it was already assembled .Just a little hard getting it into a SUV .Then had to be disassembled.Other than that the young man was very helpful and apologetic. We recently purchased a large corner unit and chairs from eureka capalaba, unfortunately when it was delivered it was to big to go through our outer doors , the delivery men tried every ,which way but to no avail. more helpful . They advised us to revisit the store and select an alternative . We chose the same suite with two settee's rather than a large corner unit. Throughout the entire exercise the staff were the epitome of helpfulness. I would like to single out nikki for special mention , because no matter what the problem she dealt with the problem with a smile and superb effiiciency . The experience and service at the shop was really good title friendly service – Service was great at capalaba however after service is appalling our lounge was faulty from the beginning and the difficulty in arranging after service is awful and we are not technical hopeless

Lovely people with really high quality products – They were awesome. It’s a nice store where you can look around and find what you mostly want without any interference and just a smile and an acknowledgement that they are there when you need them.
