KAYE was why I came back to Eureka Furniture. Her service was so open, generous and professional. She never once judged me by what I was wearing. Which was a pair of worn denium shorts and T shirt. I was told by a manager that what I was looking at was expensive and there was something cheaper I could look at. I smiled, shook my head and walked off and spent $8000. Thank you KAYE for your excellent service.

want a store credit , the sofa wasn't damaged unpacked , they are refusing to give a full refund , the customer service in the Oxley store is non existence , would not recommend this company

today when the lounge was delivered a right sided lounge arrived. We are very frustrated with the service from Eureka, particularly as the right lounge won’t arrive until Wednesday now (with no particular time provided). This is very disappointing as I will now have to take a days leave with no pay due to a mistake from Eureka.

This is my first time purchasing a lounge through Eureka and at this moment it will be the last time I do so. I walked in on Monday afternoon 45 minutes before close and I felt quite rushed to make a decision. Once I went to the counter the lady rushed through my sale very quickly and didn’t offer the additional warranty that I could purchase. I later called and asked about the insurance and went out to purchase it the morning of the delivery of the lounge. Unfortunately I then had to tell the delivery guys that the wrong lounge had arrived after they had carried it up three flights of stairs. It has been a very disappointing experience and now my work will be impacted with the earliest delivery being Wednesday (also going 5 days without a couch as we organised/ payed someone to remove the old lounge):

The lady I spoke to this afternoon advised that I should email your customer service, as the experience has been disappointing to say the least".

The lounge was mean't to be delivered tomorrow (2nd attempt) and I received a text message this morning stating that the "couch failed quality control" and that the "process will be all worth it once the lounge arrives". I am very disappointed to say the least, I have cancelled work waiting for the lounge twice, and I don't feel heard by Eureka as they don't reply to my emails. Very disappointing, and I don't feel like the company puts customers first.

Best service .. Happy customer – I dropped in for a browse, I love to check out what’s new in store. As I walked to the back of the store there they were hanging on a wall , beautiful big barn doors. I asked a lovely staff member if she had the measurements which she did . I rushed home and measured my space and happy to find out they were perfect. I jumped on the phone and the same staff member answered the phone, she took my order and now they are hanging in my home .. AAA+++ Show details

photos of the new Lounge and Recliner were what attracted to them! I didn't get to sit on them as they weren't in store, the lovely girl that looked after me had to get them in for me! If I'd sat on them I wouldn't have bought them! Eureka Company won't give me a refund, they want me to take store credit! I just want my money back with the Lounge and Recliner gone! I certainly won't be buying another item from their store! If they were comfortable I wouldn't be wanting them gone! As you can see the four photos of the lounge and Recliner with use is shocking, with not even a years of use! Imagine what they'll be like in years to come and they are telling me they meet manufacturers standards!!!! Has anyone bought their Lucus Lounge and Recliner? Update: The couch cushions slip constantly which is really annoying. Tried to get this fixed but they don’t know how to fix it. Only received yesterday - looks like good quality feels like good quality. See how it wears but thinking will wear good. I went to many other furniture shops but [Name Removed]’s service was what helped me buy. [Name Removed] is genuine with kindness and I purchased from him for these qualities. Delivery people were amazing also and they set the couch up without any hassle. I recommend to use delivery with these guys)

My experience in store was a 10/10 however I was extremely disappointed when collecting as no one would help my load my Ute. Apparently company policy. I tried asking questions on how to use the straps, I didn’t want the employee to do it just show me. Sorry but you need to review your policy as a little help goes along way. Show details

up to is outstandingly poor service in all aspects. We received a barrage of abuse off their delivery team to vacate the premises as they decided to secure their store room 10 minutes early. Abysmal customer service on that front and Eureka did not want to claim them as "their staff" but rather outside contractors.

great. Also suggested the little foamy material pads for the bottom of your existing chairs to stop the screeching when the kids jump off - great idea. Loved the service the staff seemed happy to be there and overall it was a great vibe!

Found something unique – I came in looking for storage for books and folders for our home office. After looking around I was approached by the staff and when I explained that I wanted something eclectic I was immediately shown exactly the sort of bookshelf I was after. I’m really happy with the piece. It’s the bright point in our otherwise plain office.
