My BS8 is 91/2 years old, and I only paid $557 for it. It is easy to keep clean. It just keeps on going. I have the matching ceramic cooktop, and it is 9 years old. My Westinghouse oven only lasted 8 years.
Purchased in November 2011 at Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Appliances.

That is a really great question. Im sorry I have no solution as Ive often wondered about that myself. Other than pulling the door apart , which would not be ideal I see no reasonable way. Maybe contact the manufacturer for advice.
