My husband and I are very happy with our new mattress from Eva!!
The mattress is very comfortable, it is not too firm, not too soft - just right. I am very fussy, a bit of a Goldilocks character. I suffered with bursitis in my left hip, and since sleeping on this mattress - the discomfort IS GONE!!! I had been tossing up between Eva and 2 other bed in a box companies, i liked the idea of one with springs and foam as it seemed to be better quality and more supportive. Was very skeptical at buying another mattress in a box. The last one was a popular brand but turned out to be extremely uncomfortable and saggy. It was also low and didn’t fit the bed well. I kept my old Mattress as I was dubious. Thankfully I did as I sent the new one back for a refund in about 6 weeks.

Ordered the Eva on recommendation from a friend. I ended up with an extended trial period because COVID-19 prevented returns for a while so I tried it for about 5 months.

Unfortunately I found it way too firm for my liking. I woke up with lower back pain daily and also pains in my hip and shoulder. (I'm a side sleeper, around 90kg.) Eva sent me a mattress topper which helped a little bit but it still caused me pain.

We are simply LOVING your mattress. Delivery was so fast. We didn’t expect to see the mattress for at least a week or more, let alone in a couple of days.

We could not wait to unpack our new bed. We had a lot of laughs unwrapping the actual mattress, there seemed to be miles of the plastic. The mattress inflated so rapidly and we are still trying to work out how the springs in the mattress can do such a great job after being compacted like they were.

Positive :
Matress arrived punctual courier was nice package perfect easy to unpacked.
Matress is comfortable and light to move I have done everything by myself I am a fit person thanks god bit still is a matress.

Quality seems good just maybe get a bit hot as a first night sleeping on the new matress.
Had back pain from the lifting etc slept there woke up revived my son also said the matress is very comfy.
Up to now all good customer service excellent they said matress is 100 % free of chemical but there is not certificate about that bit I trust them.
