Do not deal with this company, they are unprofessional, misleading and if the service they offer before instal of solar system is this bad I can only imagine what there after sales service is like. Be warned stay away .

The panels and inverter were installed on the scheduled day.
The system is working well snd I have already received a much lower quarter rlecricy bill despite only having solar for about 20 days of the quarter.

I have contacted EPS since the installation due to the SEMS portal app dropping out and have been given solutions to this which is unrelated to the efficiency if the solar system. Wilson from EPS has been fantastic and so easy to o deal with and helpful

From the initial phone call from Andy (Sales Person) at Ever Power Solar to free a upgrade from Justin (Installation and Services) and then the final installation by Coastline Electrical and Data (WA) the whole process was fast, easy, professional, meticulous and clean. Installation went ok even though installers didn’t show first week which was disappointing as I took a day off work. Wilson and other tech guys were very helpful as was Jordan who provides excellent after sales service. The first inverter only lasted a day but Jordan and Wilson worked hard to get it replaced ASAP even though it was over Christmas time

Wilson Rickford was very helpful walking me through changing the password as we have had problems changing from Iprimus to Telstra they to change our wifi box twice.

Ever Power Solar and their consultant Simon were both patient, professional and answered all our questions, returning all our calls in a timely manner. It was a very smooth process and the installation took place 2 days after signing the contract......excellent service thank you EPS. The system has been up and running now for 4hours, so far all good.
