It was good Experience overall, waiting for experiencing the benefits of solar power and will be good, Samuel, Neil, and the guy on the customers service are all good. I am expecting them to be reachable when I need them in the future too

I cannot thank enough for the excellent service provided by Ever Power Solar. Communication was simply great. They were very adaptive with the quote. I have done my research for 2 years and finally decided to go with them. Installation was pretty fast and even before the agreed the date. Debbie and Sophie were extremely helpful always... I am a very satisfied Customer.

After a few teething problems with the installation all issues were sorted the system is now up and running perfectly. The support I received from the Service guy Wilson was excellent in helping me set up the WIFI monitoring system - excellent support.

They run through solar installation process from beginning to end. Reasonable price and installation team was really efficient and they know the job better. Explained all functions and helped to setup online application to show feed in electricity. Staff Cole helped through this process efficiently.

Process was easy enough, instal guys where efficient & took the time to explain how it worked.
One particular woman ruined it for the company was phoning at 8/9pm at night, requesting I confirm my details before she could speak to me in regards to installation. Had told her not to phone after 6pm & again, 8/9pm. Same woman phoned multiple times on day of installation for final payment that had been made.

Very friendly and helpfull team. Stella, Nick and Wilson from the head office were very helpfull. Nick manage to upgrade my inverter to 10kw for no charge. Wilson was very helpfull to connect the inverter via Wifi. The onsite installation team did a great job, very tidy and friendly bunch. They consulted will me first about installation and cabling.They were very helpfull . Overall communication was very good and timely with EPS. Now just waiting for my Engery supplier to connect to the grid which could be anytime now.

Cole and Wilson were very helpful. I had researched a few others but decided on Ever Power as Cole was very responsive. Had a slight glitch with Seraphim panels being available but installed Jinko which was a free upgrade. Installation was great and so clean. The guys were very nice and helpful. We had Fronius inverter and love it so far. Would recommend them.

I spoke to Cole from the beginning and he was very helpful. He set up everything and the installation went well, didn't really take long for them to finish the Job. I had a bit of an issue after that because no one sent a report to the energy company that I was getting a solar install at my house. I had to call Cole again to get an update and he was very helpful and assured that he will follow it up. After a few days I got an email regarding my meter change and finally got a date for when they were coming to do it. Overall I'm happy with the process, bit of issues but got resolved. Price was very fair.

Max and Travis did a very good job in being connected with me, and completing my 6.6KW solar power installation. It was super quick and clean, with the best competitive offer in the market. And they provided me best quality products which was not made or owned from a country where Corona emerged (as I did personally asked!)

I got a great system at a great price from them. Sam is super helpful. We had to move the date once. It took a while to organise but that was during the busy period. Would reccomend.

It was smooth but communication during the process was not gone through as expected.finally it was settled in good ending I hope future communication will be friendly and cooperative as well as helpful.

Removed a 1 year old 2.4kw system and paid for a 6.6kw system and ended up getting 4.4kw! On the day of install I got a phone call from the installer explaining why but, there was just a huge language barrier and I just agreed with what that installer purposed. I called the company disappointed and they told me to call them back and to install smaller panels very stressed I called them back (more than once between supplier and installer) and I struggled to understand what the installer was saying again so decided to get 10 out of 16 panels paid...

Very easy, however I took the installation day off work and they came to install it a day earlier. Yes we enquired about getting a larger system installed not knowing that we were not allowed by legislation. It was resolved quickly with a few phone calls to explain any issues and concerns we had

Everything was easy to do with Eva solar. Best to do a bit of home work so you know what and how solar works. Eva solar was simple to work with and nothing was a problem. Very happy.

We should have done this years ago, but the price was too high. The assistance from go to whoa was amazing from Eva Stone and her team. It was a quick and painless experience. We have been ahead with our power bills ever since.
