Worst experience with solar (STAY AWAY)
Do not deal with this company, they are unprofessional, misleading and if the service they offer before instal of solar system is this bad I can only imagine what there after sales service is like. Be warned stay away .
Very poor service
We have had bad experiences with 2 local solar installers who were employed to re- install a 4kw system on our house. Both stuffed us around, one from January to April, the next from April to July when they told us our inverter was out of date and the job would cost an extra $1000. It was then cheaper, and we thought easier to get a new 6.6kw system installed. While researching prices I sent a query to Everpower solar, and was contacted by Vance who wanted us to sign up. After our recent problems with solar companies I made a point of asking ho...w long it would take from when we signed up, to when the system would be installed and was told 1 to 3 weeks. Over a month went by with no contact, then we recieved a text asking if we still wanted to proceed. I rang Vance and told him we had paid the deposit, signed up and were waiting for installation. He said the installation team would contact me with a date, they did and it was the 14th of October, nearly 3 months after signing up. The 14th October came and no installer turned up, no phone call to explain or re-schedule. After several calls that day I was told I would be called back with a new date, that did not happen. I called again today and left messages with Vance, then called the 1800 number for head office and was put through to install section who finally got back to me to say the installer supposedly had an accident and the panels were damaged. Now I have to wait until Saturday 17th to find out the new installation date, whenever that will be. So far I feel like we have been lied to and forgotten about, and wonder what their service will be like if there is ever a fault with the system. Would I recommend them to anyone ? Not at the moment
Stay away from them, worst customer service
installer failed to installed the fornious invertor. since 13 th March still not working.
fornious technical support team said Ever power solar installer didn’t installed properly and then Ever power solar installer name Simon said he is not competent to open this and installed properly.
Since 13th March my invertor still not working as of today and Ever power solar team didn’t do anything as of today although money been paid 13th March.
I never ever recommend this company to any one and I had the worst customer service from them specially from their installer here in Sydney.

Waste of money.
Purchased a 6.6kw solar system. 6 months later the inverter starts tripping my electrical safety switch, after almost 2 months of constantly calling them if was finally replaced under warrant for the exact same problem to be tripping the safety switch again only 2 weeks after it was replaced under warranty.

Bad experience! Stay away from this company
Took long time for installation. Asking for $300 steep roof charge after installation without telling me or me agreeing to this charge. I will not recommend this company, stay away.
Review collected in partnership with Ever Power Solar
Installed solar around Oct 2018, rang company mid December 2019 as we have a fault. 1 month later still waiting for someone to come around to fix fault. We have rang a number of times. I rang today and was promised a call back from management between 9am and 10am, still waiting for call. Really bad customer service.
Worst service and contact by an company I have dealt with.
Company contacted me following a Facebook inquiry. Spoke to Samuel who provided me information on the solar system. Constant calls from Samuel to sign me up, sign me up which I delayed until I did my own research. Company appear legitimate so I paid a small deposit and completed the contract for the service. Apart from a group email "Dear customer" blah, blah, waiting to hear from installer should know in days of a install date. I signed the contract on 28th October and the silence began. I have email Samuel, Ronnie & Steve all from Ever Power ...Solar and the only response was we will provide you a date in two days. This deadline went and I emailed again and they advised they would be contacting the installer and would know in two days. Guess what, no install date and no contact from Ever Power Solar. Rec'd another "Dear Customer " stating that installer is now busy due to the busy season. Guess what, apparently they will try to get a install date soon. You make your decision on this company but to this date service is poor to terrible. My next option is to refer them to Fair Trading as I have lodged a compliant via email to date if no success from their complaints process...
You lose your tariff 51 cent if you up grade
Not happy as I have lost my 51 cent tariff and was not told until I got my first bill, found out through a few phone calls to origin, They said all solar suppliers know about it but don't say anything to customers, Not FN happy only getting 7 cents now ,putting out more kWh but getting less money back.
Please tell people so they can make an informed decision.
System is good passed about not informing me.
Not Satisfied With How The Handle The Process
They offered great deals then say give you this and that, to keep you interested and when it comes down to getting the quote, they say this offer was last week, not this week. How can products go up $800 to 1500 over a week. What a waste of time.
