How come you compete installations everywhere and mine isn't done yet , called more than 100 times to get my installation complete and it's been almost 5 weeks now. Bunch of liars from sales to installation team

Do not deal with this company, they are unprofessional, misleading and if the service they offer before instal of solar system is this bad I can only imagine what there after sales service is like. Be warned stay away .

We have had bad experiences with 2 local solar installers who were employed to re- install a 4kw system on our house. Both stuffed us around, one from January to April, the next from April to July when they told us our inverter was out of date and the job would cost an extra $1000. installer failed to installed the fornious invertor. since 13 th March still not working.
fornious technical support team said Ever power solar installer didn’t installed properly and then Ever power solar installer name Simon said he is not competent to open this and installed properly.
Since 13th March my invertor still not working as of today and Ever power solar team didn’t do anything as of today although money been paid 13th March.
I never ever recommend this company to any one and I had the worst customer service from them specially from their installer here in Sydney.

Took long time for installation. Asking for $300 steep roof charge after installation without telling me or me agreeing to this charge. I will not recommend this company, stay away.

Company contacted me following a Facebook inquiry. Spoke to Samuel who provided me information on the solar system. Constant calls from Samuel to sign me up, sign me up which I delayed until I did my own research. Company appear legitimate so I paid a small deposit and completed the contract for the service. Apart from a group email "Dear customer" blah, blah, waiting to hear from installer should know in days of a install date. I signed the contract on 28th October and the silence began. Not happy as I have lost my 51 cent tariff and was not told until I got my first bill, found out through a few phone calls to origin, They said all solar suppliers know about it but don't say anything to customers, Not FN happy only getting 7 cents now ,putting out more kWh but getting less money back.
Please tell people so they can make an informed decision.
System is good passed about not informing me.
