Purchased a 6.6kw solar system. 6 months later the inverter starts tripping my electrical safety switch, after almost 2 months of constantly calling them if was finally replaced under warrant for the exact same problem to be tripping the safety switch again only 2 weeks after it was replaced under warranty.

Installed solar around Oct 2018, rang company mid December 2019 as we have a fault. 1 month later still waiting for someone to come around to fix fault. We have rang a number of times. I rang today and was promised a call back from management between 9am and 10am, still waiting for call. Really bad customer service.

They offered great deals then say give you this and that, to keep you interested and when it comes down to getting the quote, they say this offer was last week, not this week. How can products go up $800 to 1500 over a week. What a waste of time.
