Nice unit but had to buy the unit and the cover from different retailers as neither sold both (which is crazy as it’s basically useless without the cover). The cover then leaked and ruined the unit, as they’re both official Everdure Products as was advised Everdure should deal with the warranty on both, getting hold of Everdure or their distributor World Appliances Online who allegedly handle their warranty has been completely impossible tho, so all round a really bad experience.

Hi, still haven’t heard anything back yet. This should be a really simple fix with just some replacement wood items needed. I love the unit other than this

I received a reply a while back but then they’ve gone unresponsive again. I don’t understand why this is so hard and why you’re happy for your customers to have such a poor experience? It’s madness and I’ve never had anything like it from a reputable brand
How are you getting on with this please? I don't understand why this is so difficult and I would at least expect the courtesy of a reply.
This is my last attempt before I start escalations to NSW Fair Trading or similar.
amazing help – i had an immense amount of problems with the courier that everdure used. however, leah, the support person i contacted went out of her way to make sure that my products arrived. she stayed on the case and in contact with me until everything was sorted out. the help she provided me was amazing!
