Never buy from evitamins, save your money
The worse service ever. Customer support is not willing to help. Never got my order, because of the customs restrictions. I was told by evitamins that it was fault that i didn't know about the customs restrictions while ordering, but they have never warned aboutit during the order processing. Six month later, they have replied that they connot make a refund but only to issue a credit for the future orders. NEVER order anything from them,outaide US. Save your money!

This delivery took WAAAYYYYY too long, and still waiting!!
I ordered some vitamins from these people on the 2nd of January, it's now the 23rd and nothing yet. This for me is WAY too long to have to wait for an overseas delivery. I don't know the shipping method they use but it SUCKS. Don't waste your time doing an order, because planning 2 months or more ahead of time for running out of vitamins is too long in my book! I planned ahead 2 weeks and that should of been ample time. I do online orders ALL THE TIME, never has anything taken this long. Beyond a joke, and they have no customer service! Have emailed twice and no reply yet!! Nothing, not a word, not even an automated response. Ridiculous. Very frustrating.

6 weeks later product still hasn’t left the US
After 6 weeks my items still haven’t left the US. I wish I had seen these reviews before as I would never have ordered from them. Such bad business operation!

Product was ruined.
I bought 5 bottles of sunflower lecithin capsules from eVitamins. The products took 2 months to be delivered. When they arrived the bottles had inflated because the capsules inside had expanded and gelled together. The capsules are inedible.

Poor service
I am still awaiting delivery of my order 1 month from when I originally ordered. There are two problems with this order:
1. My order was made on February 9th, but I only received notification on February 18th that the order had been shipped. On inquiry I found out that the product had not been in stock, and that eVitamins needed to await delivery of the product. This information should be available on their website so that I can make an informed choice as to whether to proceed with the purchase or not.

10 days and still dont know where it is.Tracking shows destination japan 2017,I live in australia and its 2019.Already paid $10 for shipping to get here in 15-20 days rediculous.

Worst experience
A glitch in Paypal paid your company twice. I contacted your company on the 13th and they advised that they would credit
Paypal and that it would appear in 3 /4 days.
I. It hasn’t been credited to my Paypal account
2. I haven’t received the order yet!! Where is my order.
You advised that it is trackable through Australia Post, but you did not send a tracking number.

All my correspondence with you has been factual on my side only.
'We apologise for the in convenience' is constant here and in your emails to me about my order.
My advice would be to stop making decisions and mistakes you have to apologize for.
There is no need to respond - if I ever see my money again we have nothing left to say.

Very good supplier .
Prices are low, large range and quick delivery. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they list some things on their site as being in stock when they are not in stock. They send an email telling you that you will have to wait for stock to arrive but if you look on the site it says the product is in stock!

Package never arrived.

Never buy anything from eVitamins, the service is very very bad
I bought 2 of Barlean's Brevail - 30 Caps two months ago, they haven't been delivered when I post this review. Each time I contact them, they always gives me the same text:

They even don't write a new message, just copy and paste the same text each time. I am very disappointed with their service. I would never ever buy anything from them.

I ordered D-mannos about the 5th of September... the money was taken out of my account on this date also. I left contacting them for about 4-6 weeks thinking that perhaps the product had to come from overseas. When I did contact them about the product not arriving....was told eventually that because the tracking was no longer "valid" that they could be of no further help in this manner. So I have evidence that they took my money but cannot do anything about it. Cannot believe this. So buyer beware of this company...of course no Australian number to ring only US...and from Australia not worth the cost.

Dont use this Company.
I placed an order on 9 February and still have not received any products. My order was very large over $300 and the delivery charge was $40. After 4 emails looking for a tracking number they have advised me that they are sending 1 vitamin under $10 and charging me the delivery fee of $30??? I could have walked across the road to the chemist to make that purchase. The company is a con and dont use them.

Terrible service and communication
Order an item mid January and waited for a few weeks without receiving item. Checked account and the item had still not shipped, no reason given. Contacted customer service and received a generic email response saying the item was back ordered and would ship early Feb. Waited for another few weeks, nothing arrived. Contacted customer service again and was told it was back ordered until late Feb. Again nothing arrived, I've checked the account now (some 2 and a half months after ordering) and my order status is cancelled yet they've charged my card for shipping fees for an item that has never been sent or received. Absolutely terrible company, they also fabricated their trust pilot rating on their site which I reported them for.
