It is a scam. You are offered a free product sample and only have to pay postage. When you go to order the one product advertised you are forced to buy a second sample. Then 1 month later you are billed for the FREE sample. The word FREE needs to be omitted from this advertisement altogehter. It is NOT a FREE sample. That is fraudulent.

I, too fell into this deceptive marketing style with 2 products years apart. First thing is change your account details ASAP. My bank suggested that I contact them and make them aware this is a one time payment and they can stop them taking out more money from your account as well.
Anecdotally: my friend uses a prepared Visa card for her purchases and if there’s no extra money left they can’t sneak your money out either.
Good luck

This is now turned into a complaint debuting a credit card without authorisation, no paper work has been seen, no contact from the company.
Tried the following phone number
(02) 5317-7058 as advise by phone message (this is a reserved number) then the message hung up
1800-213-319 as advise by phone message (this is a reserved number) then the message hung up
Last try another number provided by one of the people having similar problems
(02) 4036-3038 this one worked talked to a person who had a accent not sure if they are from Australia or off shore they have cancelled the product.
Now received an email from the company that my loan has been cancelled which I have not asked for one, the consumer kept sending me the products but I only wanted the initial trial offer, very upset, no forwarding address provided to return the products to obtain a refund, this has been a very expensive exercise, I don't want anyone else caught.

I ordered my trail on the 11 of July and received it in the 21st, however when opened the package I read the TC and we have 14 days from when PURCHASING the product to cancel and request a "return merchandise authorisation" RMA number so that $149 doesn't get withdrawn automatically from your account. So I emailed the company through http://clientservices.rhinosupport.com just follow through the instructions of creating a ticket to email them,
" I purchased this product on the 11th of July and just received It, 21st of July and want to cancel and request a return merchandise authorisation number to return the product. I have contacted you before the 14th day of the purchase, I called 1800861492 and was told that all lines are busy and to try again which I did, no answer. I have contacted my bank and cancelled the card I made the purchase with. Thank you. "

they replied back the next day with this "Please write the first seven numbers of the return authorization (RMA) number on the outside of your package and get it in the mail within the next 7 days. We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your return. Once we are in receipt of your returned products your order will be closed and no further billings will be made.

So I copied and pasted the address on google to see if the address actually exists, came across this page and now reading all the comments about this company! I'll be visiting the post office tomorrow.

Hi Jeanie,
Sorry to hear this has happened to you too. It is so sneaky what they do and unfortunately the only way to stop it is to cancel your credit card as they have all the numbers to debit it. My bank couldn't help stop the withdrawals. I have tried calling the phone number but the automated answer refers you back to a website that doesn't exist so I have given up on getting my money back. The only thing we can do is warn other people and get them reported.
Cheers,
Cha Cha.

can anyone supply the Terms and Conditions please? I didn't see any. They have sent me an email agreeing to the cancellation and as I have closed my credit card I have asked the company to send me a cheque. I would like to see the T&C though.

I didn't see any T&C either, though they insisted on the phone that they were there and I agreed to them. I never saw a box to tick as in agreement with the T&C. The link I responded to said the payment was for 'shipping'. The bank asked me to locate the initial ad I responded to and see if I can find the T&C, but I can't find it.

The company cancelled "my subscription" & returned 50% of the illegal takings from my account. I certainly don't have $130 worth of products in my possession from them.

Debbie
Debbie

You wont see the terms and conditions as they have tacked it onto another product which you never signed up for.
They cant even provide me with a tracking no and i have never received my product at all.

Elaine Teague
Elaine Teague

They have tacked the t&c (the link says 'offer terms' under the bit where you fill in your postal details) onto a product called 'Bellaplex.' Here they are:

"Your Risk-Free Trial will be shipped within 2 business days and normally takes approximately 10-15 business days for delivery. You will receive a 30-day risk-free trial that is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You just pay shipping & processing today. Call customer service within 30 days of receipt and return products and you will not be charged for your risk-free trial. If you do not cancel within 30 days, your credit card will be charged $69.95 monthly and you will receive a fresh 2 month supply every 60 days and be charged at the same rate plus $7.95 S&P. Prices are US Dollars (USD) and may be converted by your bank to AUD on your statement with fees. You can call the 24-hour customer service line to modify or cancel your order at any time. Your 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers every shipment of Bellaplex."

I got caught out too and have sent an email cancelling the subscription and I've cancelled my card. I can't be bothered going through the phoning them hassle and sending back as I had already started using the product when I found out I had been charged twice for the $130+.

The fact the 'offer terms' relate to a different product must surely make this a scam.

I am not sure if that is the home office of the company. They ask for the products to be returned to an address in Singapore and when you call them, it is an Australian number but the helpdesk person sound American. The debit your bank account from different dummy companies as well. I had to cancel my bank card.

Jodey

Yes there seems to be different addresses so this company is def being evasive. This address was on the package when I did eventually get the product. Yes I had cancelled my debitcard too.

Wow I had only signed up for the trial of this product which I haven't received and blow me down they have taken $130. out of my bank acct. so once again I'm going to cancel my card and get the bank to get my $ back 100% which I know they will. I wish all these companies would stop doing this crap something officially needs to be done. They tell you the money will be deducted 14 days of signing up but it's a bit harsh when you haven't even trialled the product yet!! So where are these people actually based?

My bank is ANZ and if you haven't received the product you can claim it as a scam and that they have fraudulently charged you for something you haven't received. Cancel your card and organise a new one. Same thing has happened to me. My product arrived almost 1 month after I initially applied for free sample.

Does anybody have an address for this company, I have been scammed twice. Trial offer but no hint that they are going to keep sending the product and deducting $129 from your account every month. I'm going back to basics and buying from my department store! Cheaper in the long run. Finished with these scumbags!

Cancel your credit card asap. See my review above (Fitzy). I got caught doing the same - paying for the postage but on receipt of product had serious concerns about its quality and the integrity of the company and determined I would not purchase further products. Too late....they use your credit card details to access your account I had no alternative but to cancel my card yesterday. Don't waste time hoping it will be different for you. It is a scam.
