Scam Scam Scam
Such a scam, makes me feel sick! Cannot believe I was so foolish. I have had suspicious amounts coming out of my credit card with very small amounts to begin with..obviously checking if it is a legitimate account. The reference included a phone which I rang and it seemed to be a foreign company that specialised in Resume's!
I have cancelled my credit card. I've had 3 creams delivered and 3 amounts of $29.95 taken out of my account! I have disputed these amounts with the NAB. Have other victims had a similar reference on their bank accounts/credit cards?
THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY - BEWARE!
I'm I the same boat as all other ppl. Got scammed! I only just realized they've been talking unauthorized money from my account. I'd previously cancelled about 3 months ago for same thing. Now it's started again. My card has been cancelled & I will lodge a FRAUD report to the bank & Australia Consumer Affairs Council & Aust Fed Police. I totally agree with everyone, this company MUST BE STOPPED!
Shame shame shame on you this is a scam
I too signed up for the trial, didn't like the product so sent it back to the company on the envelope within the 14 day trial. It was 4 months before I realised that funds were been taken out which I thought my husband was responsible for. Nope they have ripped us off to the tune of $974.83 which I am disputed with to follow up. I also tried to cancel via email, via phone, via comments, via the 1800 213 319 so don't bother they are all disconnected. Also these sites were listed on my visa so check your statements there is another further on...in the comments which is different to what I am about to put. They must have others involve in this scam as they seem to have many sites they deal with. I also went on facial revive and to test their product again without payment this time and the link took more to yet another site. Here is the list that I have seen on my visa sooner or later they will be caught if we name and shame. xtracustomer.com limasso clearocustomer.com Limassol helpdesknoura.com Online PS Also looked up the Limassol Company for a clue of contact listed as a city in Turkey so that's all I came up with so cross your fingers we can get our money back keep trying contact but dont try or buy.
This is unadulterated THEFT!!!!
Recent INTERNET SCAM!!!
Beware of "Facial Revive" advertised on Facebook!
NEVER EVER order this cream!!
You will constantly be billed for US $!
On February 20, 2017 I ordered a sample of the advertised anti wrinkle cream for $6.45. It happened to be US dollars.
I gave my credit card details and weeks later a 30ml dispenser of "Facial Revive" was delivered and we were charged
I immediately phoned the tiny telephone number in Sydney and verbally told him I wanted to cancel my order with immediate effect.
He was SO insistent ...
A Total Scam
I fell for this scam also - never again! As my partner said, if it's a free trial, don't give c/c details....good advice! I have cancelled this product TWICE, once in January, and again in February, after I still continued to receive them. All to no avail - the products kept coming, and the money kept being taken out. I've emailed them countless times, only to receive my emails back saying there's no such email address. The Sydney-looking phone number doesn't answer any more. BUT - just tonight, after reading many of these responses, i tr...ied the 1800 number that one of the respondents had included in her complaint - This is the only number that works, and I'd say, the ONLY way that anybody will have any hope at all of contacting the call centre of this 'company' (and I use that word loosely!). The call-centre respondent was polite, and understanding, and has guaranteed that my order is now cancelled. She has apparently (I've yet to see the proof) also succeeded in activating 3months of discounts - apparently $130 each month (they don't tell you that, how much the product costs, in the fine print either!) for me. She tried to activate discounts for the past 6 months, from when I first cancelled this product, but her system would only allow her to activate discounts of 3 months. Better than nothing, I guess....I'll work on the other 3 months, once I see the first refund go into my bank account. BE FIRM. I told them I had reported them to the Fraud Squad, the Australian Federal Police, and Australia's Consumer Affairs Council. I told them I was furious, that they had a REALLY bad name, and kept repeating my threat to let the police deal with this. So good luck. The number I eventually got through on is 1800 213 319 - which, strangely, turned into a 'Sydney (02)' number on my phone (02 4036 3038) - though I wouldn't suggest calling THAT number, as someone else in this forum had included it, and you get no answer. BE QUICK! It seems this company changes their phone numbers like we change our socks. So, DO IT NOW! 1800 213 319.
After ringing the company and several emails I think I have finally cancelled my subscription. I paid small amount of money for 'trial size' which I didn't receive, then a few days later had $360 taken out of my bank. I still hadn't received the goods. After they promised to refund full amount, the creams arrived. As yet I haven't received a refund. I hate the Invigorate anti-aging moisturising cream as it's too greasy.
Yesterday I received another email tell me I will not have any more charges taken out of my bank. I tried to reply to ask about the promised refund but the email address no longer works. (Support@facialrevive.com)
A money Scam
I purchased 1 cream as part of a Marie Claire Trial and was sent 2 creams without my consent -May 2017.( $4.95 x 2) Today 22 June I have another $130.74 taken off my account- this time under a different Chemist name. This is totally illegal and unethical practice.
Have cancelled my card and the bank will dispute the transaction.
I even emailed them on May at email@example.com to tell them they are not authorised to use my card again - (I had read reviews). Today the email address was rejected so even that has been taken off. The phone goes to answer machine.Just dont think of buying this.
Scam scam scam
I thought I was taking part in a trial I didn't like the product as it has a strong perfume which gave me a headache at no time did I authorize for them to take money out of my credit card. The have taken 4 lots of $141.04 being a pensioner this is an enormous amount of money which I can't afford to repay, I have contacted my bank and registered it as fraud and they will investigate, They are very deceptive people.
THE WORST SCAM EVER!
So angry to find out over $300 US ($400 AUS) deducted from my credit card and have had to cancel all our credit cards. Such a pain....
Facebook should not accept their advertising. Please be warned read all the fine print as if you do not return free trial then it's an automatic MONTHLY deduction.
FacialnREVIVE SCAM just found out tonight
Recently signed up for the free trial $4.95 charged and goods received a few weeks later. Just found that they had charged two lots of $4.95 within 2 days of the sign up date and then since have been charging under different names $130 approx. 5 times since then - just noticed the pending one tonight. Called Commonwealth Bank and they immediately knew about the scam and have had to cancel my credit card now and will have this refunded hopefully within 30 days. I will also contact them to request a refund as I didn't receive anything telling me I would have this debited so regularly or anything more than the so called Trial!!! Scammers don't sign up!!
Facial Revive Scam
If the company is happy to rip me off 3 times even after I disputed their transactions which I did not authorise on my credit card then I even wonder what they put in their product and how they test it. Don't get tricked into this trap. I've had to change my credit card details as they don't even respond to the phone or email address they provide via phone message. ZCCUSTOMER.COM is what appears on your credit card They took out 4 payments and I've had to change my credit card details. Very deceptive.
Questions & Answers
Use all say its a scam. Did it stop when use cancelled it by phone? an answer to the problem would be appreciated.
It is a scam. You are offered a free product sample and only have to pay postage. When you go to order the one product advertised you are forced to buy a second sample. Then 1 month later you are billed for the FREE sample. The word FREE needs to be omitted from this advertisement altogehter. It is NOT a FREE sample. That is fraudulent.
