I have reviewed Fair Price as exceptional last year following a good experience with Jackie & the installation of my plantation shutters, which I still love. Consequently, I decided to get quotes from Fair Price for my sons property - outdoor roller blinds & 2 x security screen doors. I have rung 5 times to organise a quote. I have even requested someone else rather than the normal quote coordinator - Danni I think. No one is getting back to me. Have rung the office and the mobile number provided by the receptionist. Unfortunately I have already started not to recommend Fair Price Blinds for zip track outdoor blinds to my friends and acquaintances. I am very disappointed with the ripples and folds that appear when the blinds are down. Furthermore I wouldn't use them again as I have NEVER paid up front for service not yet completed. Once you do this then you have no come back. My plantation shutters are ok. Have never given negative feedback before . Usually only post positive feedback but felt it necessary this time to share my concerns.
