Never got my product.
In April this year I decided to buy a couch. I went to the Nunawading store and found the couch I liked, ordered it and was told it would be delivered to my house in 6 weeks (Mid June) when there was stock available. The staff in store were very accommodating, they made sure my delivery was scheduled for a Sunday to fit in with my sporting commitments, at this point in my dealing with the company I could not fault them.
Five weeks later Melbourne was put into a 1 week snap lockdown due to Covid numbers. I accept that this makes it difficult f...or businesses to function and can slow things down a bit, I fully expected to have to wait a little longer for my couch. I did not expect to be totally ignored by the company. I paid the balance of the amount for the couch and waited, nothing from Fairprice, nothing from the shipping company, nothing from anyone. On Friday of that week I emailed the store asking if my couch would be delivered, I heard nothing back. On Saturday I sent a message through the online chat on the website, they told me to email the store directly, I said I had done this already and heard nothing back, they told me to email the store directly, there was no other option... helpful. Sunday went by with no couch and no explanation as to why. On Monday I managed to reach the store by phone as lockdown had ended, they told me that they were all stood down and that there was no way of contacting their customers (a direct contradiction to what head office had said in the chat). The store manager laughed when I told them what head office had said, he offered no apology for me being ignored. He then told me that the earliest the couch could be delivered would be that Saturday (Queen's birthday weekend). I had no choice but to accept this. I needed a couch, mine was at the dump. The Saturday before my couch was due to be delivered I got a call stating that my couch was damaged and that they would not be able to get new stock for 4 weeks, I was over it at this point and asked for a refund, I was told to email the store with my bank account details and wait 7-10 days to get my money back. I enquired about getting a direct refund to my card so that I didn't have to wait another week to afford a couch, apparently this is against store policy. Having no faith in their ability to answer emails or that my information would be safe I went in store to give my bank account details and my refund was processed. Still no apology, just streams of excuses from the manager who seemed amused at my disgruntlement. To say that my experience was disappointing doesn't do it justice, the absence of communication and lack of professionalism by the manager when I called to enquire about my purchase was extremely poor. I will never attempt to buy anything from this company again and actively discourage others from giving the company their business.

Dealt with Tarry at Braybrook store and he was terrific helping us choose what we wanted. I recomend the store and the service any time... and every time
I bought a couch from Thomastown shop. Good to buy with welcoming service. However, worse experience with delivery guys. Walking with muddy shoes on new carpet. I asked to change the shoes then arrogant mother fools excused with OHS hazards. Ba...... purposely did carpet dirty, scratched my new house stair hand rail, stair wall paint and scratched on stair wall with dragging furniture to first floor, even I paid extra delivery charges to first floor. I contacted on Victorian number 03 8900 6108 but the guys again escaped liability and redirected to contact Thomastown store.
Very good store in braybrook
They took care of us with fantastic customer service would definitely come back to buy some more products in the future.
Don't recommend anyone...
Bought the couch...when they delivered found mixed up with 2 different color which u can see from the pic and easily noticeable. Contacted with them...they said it is floor stock and as it is but when we bought it was not 2 differeny set? It its from two different sets they would have informed us and we can easily identified but it wasnt. Why would someone buy a couch which is from two different sets of color. This is cheating but nothing else. Careful from any sort of dishonest seller.

Went on the 15/5 and purchased a double bed frame and a queen bed frame all with bedside cabinets. Great customer service and price from Vivian.
Worst service ever... Run away.
Bought a dining table one month back, delivered without assembling thing. After one week they sent someone and assembled, but it is wobbling. Sent several emails but still no one fixed it. The worst customer service ever at the Dandenong store. If anyone looking for a quality product and good service never go to the Dandenong store.
Yesterday I went with my daughter to purchase new lounge , manager of the store at Blaxland road Cambelltown was one amazing salesmen , who helped with every question we had ... I can’t find faulty with anything

A satisfied customer
I liked a buffet table and ordered it. There was only one on display at a discounted rate. The guys at Nunawading store, rang up their warehouse and found another piece for me at the discounted price. Delivery was quick, no assembly was required. Happy ending? Nah, hear me out.
There were visible marks and the draw hinges were faulty. Emailed all relevant pictures to the customer service guys and within 2 days they replaced the product with a brand new one, no extra cost. Happy with the purchase and can say satisfied with the product.

Rubbish furniture bought a couch and stiching is falling apart after two months.
Bought a new couch and only after two months the stiching is falling apart. They refuse to exchange it rather they want us to transport it at our cost so they can repair it. They have no warranty.
Came into the thomastown store. Such a good and friendly environment. Got the help from shagun. Such a beautiful helpful lady. God bless
