This was our 4th rental with GCFC HIRE and once again you were great, nothing is ever too hard for the team. With the testing times that caused a delay at our end in the airport was fine, Annie waited patiently for us to get through the checkpoints and within 45 minutes we were at the car as described and off on our holiday. Daryl met us at the airport for a late pickup and took the time for a chat rather than all business. We will be back on the Gold Coast again and wouldn’t even consider another car rental company. Thanks to the team at Gold Coast Family rentals. I wanted to invest with a local firm and they didn’t disappoint! They collected us from our hotel and even alerted us to an accident on the highway which could have resulted in us missing our plane back to Sydney. Our bond was refunded promptly and the whole team were lovely. Highly recommend them!

Hired a Kia Carnival people carrier for 10 days from this small family business. Excellent website, which includes very clear description of the various insurance options available. We opted for the zero-excess policy, which provided more-comprehensive coverage than any other rental company I could find on the Gold Coast.
