We brought this mattress about 9 months ago. Was really comfortable for the first 4-5 months. Since then my husband and I are having trouble getting comfortable and waking up in back pain as the mattress has sagged where my husband and I sleep! We now have two dents where we are sleeping and an island between us.
We can’t take our 6 months baby with us as he rolls down to our sides
It has been rotated weekly which has made no difference!
We are very disappointed..as it wasn’t cheap for us at all..
Would not recommend this brand at all

The worst mattress I have ever owned or slept on. At first it was hot and very unusual synthetic smell, then the ridges and divot became apparent.
I sleep on the very edge of the mattress to avoid the large channel that runs through the centre of the mattress. As such I can only sleep on one side and wake each morning with terrible pain in my neck, shoulders, back and hips.
I cannot see anything that can be done to remedy this and from the other reviews it seems this is common across most purchasers. Many other reviews are on double/queen so ...

Have got in contact with fantastic furniture who said there is nothing they can do as the mattress can have up to 32mm imprint. Was not told this when purchased.

Not worth it go elsewhere
Had this mattress for just over 12 months.
As someone with neck and back issues, the salesperson gave a great speech about how supportive and comfortable it is and how highly recommended it is for that.
About three months in, the mattress did not soften at all as she had said.
The pillow too has collapsed and flattened leaving and uncomfortable, lumpy surface to lay on. The resistance in the springs is also felt dramatically under the heavy points of my body fighting against me.

This wasn’t cheap. And now we are looking at purchasing again. Don’t waste your money. Don’t do it yo your body, especially your back.
Save your money for elsewhere
Was going to purchase a good mattress from OmF who we have had great experience with even their basic products. But temporarily got sucked into the "oh we could afford a few extra items if we went to FF.
So fantastic furniture got our money.
It was going to be the serenity mattress we chose, but i knew the couple hundred extra price could be a little risky. Given i have a serious back issues. So we decided on the capri medium queen, seemed almost as good as serenity medium. (In the store).
I felt it hot and weird the first few nights but ...
Didn't last two months
Bought this mattress and six weeks later it is sagging in the middle and the fabric is rippled. Not supportive, Waste of Money. I expected a longer lasting product from a mid-range price tag. $700 and two months later I started looking for a new mattress. Disappointing.

Hi I brought a king Capri mattress from fantastic Furniture and I have absolutely loved it for about 3 years for the last 6 months it has horrible indents in it to the point there are waves in the sheet and looks like there is extra bedding stuck under the fitted sheet I’ve never seen anything like it before and wondering if it is something that my warranty would replace? I still have receipt and have always had a protective cover over it I really loved my mattress until it happened
