Great service staff and product knowledge including availability, delivery. Great liaison with another store for delivery to my new home. Prefer not to have to assemble furniture, but I guess this cuts costs.
Great start at our new house
We went browsing few shops to furnish our new house, and were delighted to have a one stop shop in Fantastic furniture Dandenong for our living amd dining rooms; great deal, comfortable delivery and easy assembly!
Great team with excellent service
The store is a tight fit but that was because there was plenty of different product to view. The team were friendly and helpful. The furniture arrived when we were advised , it was well packaged and putting it together was great with easy to follow instructions.

I went in a few days before and I felt that I was ignored, but I returned and had a lovely lady serve me and she was awesome. I was happy with her friendliness and knowledge of the products I was interested in.

Brilliant value for Stylish Quality Products
The store was logically laid out and the range of products suited all my needs, which were perfect in design, size and functionality. Especially given my new property had inadequate storage cupboards, zero wardrobe drawers and bathroom cabinets. Fantastic Furniture’s quality and designs are practical and stylish. The service I received was outstanding as was the follow up with regard to delivery. My only negative was related to the delivery guys who smashed an item on the stairs and failed to register what they’d done, let alone apologise. They just wanted to dump and run without placing the heavy Queen size base with end drawer at the end of the bed. They really let down what was otherwise a terrific experience from every phase from browsing, assistance with my selections and in processing multiple orders.Special thanks for the exemplary customer service delivery from Asia. She is a great asset to your brand.

Satisfied with the quality of most of the items especially the Memphis low line entertainment unit which is of high quality and very well designed. My husband was very impressed even though the assembly was quite challenging.
Was happy with the service . We were a bit apprehensive about needing to assemble the couch but after the demonstration , we realised that it was easy and we could do it .
After reading so many negative reviews, I was a bit worried, had never bought anything from FF but it turned out to be a good outcome offering good value for money and we are happy with our purchases. We had everything delivered within a week. Thank you .
Capalaba store is well laid out. Although there wasn’t many staff around to help I was able to get what I wanted and not have to wait around. The dining chairs are great and easy to put up would love to buy more one day

We were happy to brouse and sit on the lounges and look at the different range of furniture styles. Staff member Jake spoke to us and offered help. When we were ready to decide it was easy to talk to Jake and he was very friendly and helpful. The store was easy to move around for us being that my partner is blind it was a great help to be able to go from one area to another. I found the style of lounge ,hall and dinning pieces that I wanted and the price was within our budget. The quality of the furniture is great and the whole shopping experience did not feel pushed or rushed.
Great store, look for Anne. She is great, not too pushy tells you to take your time and helps you make up your mind. I was after the Waverley table with Nicki chairs, but couldn't make up my mind on the chair colour. She let me know you can exchange the chairs if the colour didn't work with my house.

Very poor customer service at Mitchell Park, SA !!!
The shop was pretty quite being a Monday when I arrived with my son, 2 out of the 3 sales assistants were behind the counter attending to customers so then I went to ask a young assistant as to where the Reed single door pantry was, she pointed to me that it was at the far back corner of the shop. I found what I was looking for but it doesn't tell me the available colour in the range, etc. I needed to approach this particular sales assistant at least 2x to ask more questions about the product, she definitely didn't have any customer to attend to while we were there. I guess what I am trying to say is that TRY to show that you're interested to be of HELP to your customers from the moment they step in your shop. If someone did ask for a certain product (furniture) it would be good if you can walk them to where the furniture is rather than just point to them the location. It would even be ideal if you start a conversation about the product or even suggest other range rather than staying behind the counter trying to look busy. It was a very disappointing visit to this particular store and definitely wouldn't be coming back again. Am sure there are people like me who values a great customer service over the product that is on offer. Training & re-training staff for excellent customer satisfaction is to be considered in this competitive market to stay in business... just a friendly reminder guys.
I bought a desk and assembled it with a family member. The whole process was difficult and annoying to put together. When it was finally done, the bolts inside the desk broke after three days. I had to take the desk back to the store and exchange it for a new one. When I went to check out at the register, I was left waiting for a staff member for 15 minutes. That was fine because I knew they were busy (it was around lunch time as well) but none of the staff even acknowledged me standing there, despite the fact that they would walk over with other customers. A simple hello would have sufficed, and I would have been more than happy to wait. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. You get what you pay for unfortunately.
