staff are bored
walked in and all the staff were sitting of the furniture on their phones. It was a mad scramble to get off what they were sitting on and their phones. Then it took about 15 mins before anyone came up and asked if i need help. did not know much about the product and if it was available. Then just stood there watching you while i was looking at the product. that was very uncomfortable. when i asked a question about the product the staff member had to walk away to find out about it
Website easy to browse, staff in store were great, products are exactly what I wanted and easy to assemble! Very happy with my purchase.
I initially purchased online and paid the delivery fee, received a call to say it would all fit in a small car so my fee was refunded and I got to go collect it that day! I thought this was great, thoughtful service.
Havana Range 6 out of 7 pieces damaged
I recently purchased the Coffee table, hall table, book case, entertainment unit, dining table & 6 Mambo chairs from FF and the only thing not damaged or scratched or bent is the coffee table. I sent photo's of all the damages and am receiving full replacement for dining table and hall table as these were the worst damaged items. The dining table has deep split on the top and the hall table is scratched pretty severely. One of my mambo chairs had a bent frame which makes the chair wobbly. I was offered a replacement for this chair also. They took $50.00 off the entertainment unit which i am keeping because damage is on the back. The book case i was told is how it is and nothing was offered for this. Salesperson said their "store manager" checked the display and theirs looks the same as the photos i sent them. I will be checking this when i go back into the store. To say i am disappointed is an understatement. I had to wait 8 weeks for this package and now another 3-4 weeks for replacements. I understand this is cheaper furniture than other retailers but i sure as hell wish i went to Focus Furniture for everything. My couch is from there and is perfect. I've learnt my lesson and will NEVER BUY FROM FANTASTIC FURNITURE AGAIN!! which is a shame as i need to order multiple bedroom packages and other items. I will be spreading the word to all my friends and family.
Great service from the floor to the warehouse area
Purchased a queen bed package, service on the floor was great, he knew the products in store, the price was great and picking it up from the storage warehouse they could not have been quicker as well. A great customer experience all round. Will definitely be back to buy again. Grear team

Very poor customer service at Mitchell Park, SA !!!
The shop was pretty quite being a Monday when I arrived with my son, 2 out of the 3 sales assistants were behind the counter attending to customers so then I went to ask a young assistant as to where the Reed single door pantry was, she pointed to me that it was at the far back corner of the shop. I found what I was looking for but it doesn't tell me the available colour in the range, etc. I needed to approach this particular sales assistant at least 2x to ask more questions about the product, she definitely didn't have any customer to attend to while we were there. I guess what I am trying to say is that TRY to show that you're interested to be of HELP to your customers from the moment they step in your shop. If someone did ask for a certain product (furniture) it would be good if you can walk them to where the furniture is rather than just point to them the location. It would even be ideal if you start a conversation about the product or even suggest other range rather than staying behind the counter trying to look busy. It was a very disappointing visit to this particular store and definitely wouldn't be coming back again. Am sure there are people like me who values a great customer service over the product that is on offer. Training & re-training staff for excellent customer satisfaction is to be considered in this competitive market to stay in business... just a friendly reminder guys.

Tables for days
Very satisfied with our side table for our children's lounge room! It was exactly what we wanted, for a fraction of the cost of other stores. Easy to assemble and looks fab.
Fantastic Furniture certainly lives up to its name! We were looking for a futon that could double as a lounge. The product we purchased was just what we needed... and at a good price! Customer service at Windsor Gardens was top shelf. Assistants had good product knowledge and were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyment plus time
If funds permitted,I could really have a field day and purchase sooo much in there. Thoroughly enjoy checking everything out I'm the showroom. Feel like Goldilocks and the three bears trying things for comfort and softness.
Perfect customer service reasonable price
The couch was reasonably priced and has great help. I was not pressured into purchasing anything offered great deal. Was given different payment options as we have just purchased a new home

First impressions last with this store, everything was easy to see, layout easy to love around. The bed was easy to put together with the easy to read instructions. I liked the range of mattresses they also had to choose from.
Took a while for a staff member to become available but once I found one she was very helpful and made my purchase fast and easy. I thought the store was a bit cluttered

I’ve had a warranty lounge replaced by Fantastic Furniture.I wasn’t sure even if it was under warranty so I went in and Derek and the team at Gepps Cross liaised with their manufacturer who stood by their product and as a result Fantastic furniture stood by their customer. A full store credit was received and I was able to replace my lounge with a new one which was competitively priced and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this company at Gepps cross!
