I love my new furniture
I find each store easy to navigate and there are plenty of styles to choose from. The quality of the furniture is great for the price. I prefer to get the furniture assembled by Matt's Flatpacks because Matt and his wife are friendly and very professional, quick, and tidy.
Pretty poor service
Weren't approached by staff in the first 20 mins
Staff need to listen more. Was buying black bar stools and the sales staff repeatedly searched for white bar stools. Really need to listen or write things down.
Was under promised on an item. Was told it would be in in a week.. 2 weeks later had to ring the store to find out where our item was. If they said 1-2 weeks then I wouldn't be so frustrated with the situation
Easy and value for money
Very easy process to navigate and complete purchase online only thing I would of been able to collect within the hr but the time difference between pick up and delivery didn't make sense 6-8 weeks to pick up but only 2-4 days for delivery
Purchased bed online, paid and received email saying good to pick up. Drove to Cockburn store about 25km from my home to be told that they only had the headboard and I would need to wait 4-7days. They couldn’t deliver it to the store closer to my home either, I asked for refund and now have to wait 4-7days for credit for to bank.
Unreliable online sales system
My husband and I have just had such a terrible experience with online purchasing from Fantastic. We went in store to buy a sofa bed and we're told they didn't have it in stock there but another store had one left. Sales person told us to go online to buy it. We did this and the transaction went through via the store that had the sofa in stock. We received a confirmation email after placing the order and paying in full. The email said delivery would be in 2-4 days. We waited two days with no other contact (phone or email) from the store. Today ...I rang to check on our order, I was told it was awaiting arrangements for delivery. The sales person said we would get a text once the delivery was confirmed. Later this afternoon we did get the text. Then very shortly after another another sales person rang us to say that although delivery was arranged there was no sofa in stock to be delivered! The manager was not helpful at all and didn't try to explain how such a silly error could have happened. Presumably when something is purchased in store or online, the inventory system will reflect this immediately? She said they are not responsible for the online system and couldn't provide any more information. Please think twice when buying online from this store as they don't have a very good system. If you do buy somethibg online, call them immediately to ensure they have processed the order and scheduled the delivery. We have never encountered such a bad system in all our years making online purchases! We are now waiting for a refund. Who knows how long this will take....
Affordable and good value for money
Purchased a mattress to go with a bed frame also purchased from fantastic. I chose online as local store was out of stock so selected pick up. Walked in and with in ten minutes we had he mattress loaded into Ute and were on our way home. Already have the same mattress on another bed for 6 months and it’s been great.
