Definitely not fantastic. I turned down other cleaner companies just to hire these cleaners. They get you to choose a specific time on their website scheduling when you book your job so I chose the free time slot of 11am. On the day the cleaning was meant to be completed at 11am they messaged me saying they wouldn't be able to come until 3.30pm, they finally turned up after 4.30pm then wanted to charge me another $150 on top of the original quotation. They wasted most of my day having to wait around for them at home and then expected me to pay ...nearly double the original quote. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I see there was another recent review on here that was exactly the same, I wish I had seen this before I had hired them. Do not even bother with this company. Now I have to go find another cleaner company which is reliable and will do the job as quoted.

The cleaners arrived 2 hours and 18 minutes late to the booking! Booking was for 9am they arrived 12:18pm! When they finally arrived cleaners said they needed more money to complete end of lease cleaning because unit was not clean? Which unit is clean at end of lease cleaning after furniture is removed? Why would I book they to clean a clean unit in the first place? Very disappointing and they took my money upfront and did not do the job. Getting my refund was not easy many, many phone calls was made. Please be careful of people who promise but do not deliver!!!

Every aspect of the experience was awful. They spent more time on phone explaining what they would not clean in an end of tenancy clean than what they actually spent cleaning. Nothing was even at a level of a bad domestic clean. And then I spent untold hours on the phone demanding a reclean in line with their policy guarantee, which they reluctantly accepted, and sent just one person after promising no less than two. This company is excellent ...at one thing: promising one thing and doing the opposite. This brought the clean to the lowest possible level you could even consider trying to call an end of tenancy clean. With the amount of hours spent with them collectively on the phone after two weeks I could have single handedly cleaned place and not given to these guys.

This was the first time I used Fantastic services. I wanted to have my leather lounge (2 three seaters and 1 chair) cleaned. They wanted $424 at first, but agreed to charge $350 if I become a member. They subcontracted the job to another cleaning service who had subcontracted again to another person. The cleaner who turned up spent one hour to wash the lounge and then used a shampoo. The lounge is cleaner than before but only marginally. I think $350 cash for a one hour job, something that I could easily do myself is not worth it.
Don't use their cleaning services!
The cleaners allocated to us were completely clueless and it is an absolute miracle that we haven't floated away with all of the water left in the cupboards (?), on the walls and floor of our ensuite!
Don't use them unless you want to throw $260 away (2 bed/2 bath unit)...

Worst service ever - no one cares and responds -
I am your latest victim of your substandard and pathetic end of lease cleaning which was on on 21st June Ref. #19053003TAM at U 52 147-151 Talavera Road Marsfield 2122 . The cleaners did a below average job and I told them then and there that my agency will not accept this. As expected we were asked for a re-clean. When we approached your team to avail the guarantee which you promise of re-clean , your Agent [name removed] was extremely un pleasant said they cannot do anything. He some how convinced us that if we use another cleaner to complet...e the pending work , they will cover for the additional charge. We payed $200 for Home Clean and $ 150 for carpet clean and now when we are asking for our money , your staff is the rejecting that claim and offering only $100 . Is this the way you treat your customers ? I have been double crossed by your staff who does not care even once for the customer who has been false made to pay double the amount. I have asked [name removed] to transfer me to a supervisor and he does not do that. NOR anyone has bothered to call me back. It’s been 2 weeks and action has been taken by your team. This is the worst customer experience we have been given ever. Can someone from your management call me and explain what is going on ?
Awful service, avoid at all cost.
Had problems with them even before cleaning began. Told them when booking as I had already moved out they would need to pick up the keys from the real estate agent. Was told this was not a problem. On the day this memo was not passed on the cleaners didn't know they had to pick up the keys. Was told further more that would be an extra $30. Was outraged that I was not informed, the cost was then waived. The cleaner was extremely rude to my husband and has an awful phone manner. The clean was not done properly just received an email from my agent with photos which showed the spare bathroom was not cleaned along with many areas which were missed. Agent wants to charge me $176 to fix the areas that the cleaner missed.
I have used the fortnightly domestic cleaning 3 times now and couldnt recommend more highly. The staff are quick and thorough, with great attention to detail and very friendly. I have 2 cats and one sheds a lot of hair constantly. I am also quiet the perfectionist, but the team exceed my expectations with every visit. If theres dust hiding or cat hair lingering, they see it and clean it! I wasn't planning on using the service more than a couple times, but they make it so easy as the times are flexible, and the staff are a delight to have over. It has also freed up a lot of my time, as it takes me over a whole day to do what they do in over an hour. I dont think I'll ever clean again ;)
Live up to their name
Recently had an end of lease clean conducted on a really large house. They did an outstanding job, everything was spotless, they were prompt and reliable and did exactly what they said they would. They were easy to deal with and the actual cleaner , Sana, was really lovely. Couldn’t fault them, highly recommend.
Problems with the cleaning service were handled well by management.
I was very disappointed in the cleaning job. They called to say they were finished so I could do a final inspection. 3 guys for 3 hours and I came to check and found:
* 1 room had not been cleaned at all. There was still rubbish on the floor. Not vacuumed etc.
* None of the skirting boards had been cleaned anywhere in the house
* We have carpet in the built in wardrobes and this had not been vacuumed in any room.
* I had specified cleaning of blinds. None of the blinds had been cleaned.
* I had specified cleaning inside the cupboards (kitchen,...
Abrupt $400 price increase on day of clean!
UPDATE: Customer service were very helpful and apologetic and had the overcharged amount refunded within a couple of business days.
We booked an End of Lease clean to for our 3 bedroom house. When we booked we outlined the rooms to be cleaned, and even rang up to clarify, after our initial quote, that the staircase was carpeted. When the cleaners arrived, they abruptly said that our house was too big and that we are now required to pay $830, nearly $400 more than our initially quoted $438. After calling the support team and speaking to Rose, ...we were quoted $560 (still higher than our agreed upon quote) for a different team to complete the clean the following day. Unfortunately we could not accept that offer as (in addition to it being unfair) we had to have the keys back the next morning. The original cleaners subsequently deliberated with us, gave us a new price of $690 (still $250 above the agreed upon price) and we were unfortunately forced to accept under protest Firstly, our house is not that large. It is a very modest 3 bedroom inner west household. I believe that the cleaners may have had an inflated concept of how large this property is due to the high ceilings. Considering that we opted to have ceilings and walls emitted from the areas cleaned, the height of the floor should not be taken into account when assessing size. I rang customer services and spoke to Leva who told me that the updated ticket for our job showed that the cleaners had said that the house included 6 bedrooms. Six bedrooms. Two of the rooms are slightly bigger than usual (the other is small). None of the rooms have built-in wardrobes. Walls, ceilings, windows and blinds were all emitted from this quote so requirements for these larger rooms are as basic as it comes, basically just a vacuum and steam clean. It is undeniably disingenuous to label our house as a 6 bedroom property, and even more disingenuous to attempt to raise the price almost two-fold on the day of service, for a service which is known to be occurring under time constraints. I have emailed head office and am awaiting reply, will update this review when a reply is received.
I booked a lounge clean yesterday 4pm , due to unforseen circumstances"I had to reschedule which was ok things happen , so made it for the next day , between 4-5pm , waited till 5.10 still no show , i called , they said öh he's 15 mins away , 15 mins turned into 30 mins , called back "oh sorry about this but he had problems with his car so he cant come now , and sorry he didnt call you and he didnt call us" , so within that 20 mins his car broke down ?? they are FANTASTIC alright , fantastic at non communication , i cancelled and said I dont want them here at all now , will try and find a reliable company.
Charges your credit card without auth
Got my sofas “cleaned”, what they do is spray some chemical for a second then suck the fabric out with hot water. No care cleaning. As a result my fabric is damaged from heavy pulling and dirt not cleaned at all. Can’t tell whether service was done. They charged my credit card without my authorisation, when the complaint case was still going on. Thieves!!
Do yourself a favour and avoid this guys!
Average low quality cleaning service, topped with the worst customer experience you can imagine.
We have been regular customers (weekly service) for more than a year, during this time having their service was mostly a hassle. Every week they had problems, making errors and not sending teams. The customer service was totally not interested in trying to solve the issues.
After requesting a better and more reliable service multiple times, when we told them that if service wasn't going to improve we had to cancel, their reply was an outrageous, after 1 and a half year of being a customer was: "ok bye".
They are completely uninterested in providing a good service, i recommend you stay away from them.

Don't recommend, terrible communication and low ball quotes
EDIT: I was contacted after this review and the couch was re-cleaned properly by someone who was great. The customer service I received after the bad review was also great. Not great I had to leave it to be heard, but I will say it was well handled. Thanks.
Original quote was around $35 less then what I actually ended up paying, just another company that low balls a quote to get you in and adds costs for ridiculous things like 'your couch has cushions'... really? Last time I checked all couches has cushions. Terrible communication between whoe...ver took the information for the quote and the actual people who do the job. Charged me an extra $10 for having stairs even though I was told 3 times the original quote included that cost. Wouldn't have even minded paying the extra if they'd done a good job, but they didn't. Took about 24 hours to dry and they left a big white mark across one side of my couch. Conveniently stopped replying to messages when they stopped being about extra cash for them and actually asking them to fix an error they'd made. DO not recommend them at all.

Worst Cleaning Company - do not go with them!
I have been extremely disappointed with Fantastic Cleaners. I have attempted to use them 5 times now (3 of which they have turned up) and there's been issues each time.
Cleaning 1 - the team that showed up, on the day they said that they cannot do everything required on the list. I had previously lived in a place where one of my housemates had organised a cleaner, she had the same amount of space and what I was asking was no more than what she was asking. Plus we had booked an additional hour to what she used to (we booked 3 hours, she book...ed 2 hours). So I was surprised that this was not possible. But given they mentioned this on the day of the cleaning, rather than before I thought - just do what you can cause I need the cleaning done. Of what was done (and as I said, this didn't include the whole list) - it was not great. The bathroom was left wet and the floors dirty. I had to reclean the place, which basically takes away the whole point of having a cleaner. Cleaning 2 - I complained about the first experience, so we were offered a voucher which we had to use with Fantastic Cleaners. I gave them another go. The team we had were great, professional and did a great job. So I said, let's book in a fortnightly service with them. Cleaning 3 - after requesting a fortnightly booking with the previous team, a new team showed up. They were also great (even better than the previous one). However, I was disappointed that they were new, this is the third team to visit my place and it does start to feel uncomfortable letting new people in each time. They said they were part of a team with the team that came during the second clean and either them or the other team can do our cleaning going forward. So I decided, let's keep going. Also on this clean, because it was the 'first' of our regular cleaning, we should have received an extra bonus hour - we did not. The cleaners didn't know anything about it and they were booked elsewhere after. As far as I can tell, the cleaners do not have control over these things. So it's not their fault, but third service and the company did not even have the courtesy to tell us a new team would be coming or to organise the extra bonus which is part of the first service. Cleaning 4 - the cleaners called to say their car broke down. That's fair. Unfortunately their next availability did not match ours. So I asked Fantastic Cleaners if we could switch to the following week. This meant having to sign up to a new team. I was cautious given our first experience but went ahead.
