Never shows up
Do not book with this company. The cleaners always reschedule at the last second, causing you huge inconvenience. Meanwhile if you attempt to reschedule, you are charged a penalty. They will apologise and promise it won't happen again but it always does.
Definitely do not sign up as a member. This is a complete rort because they take your money for a service you can't use.
They provided a partial refund because the landlord was not happy wth the cleaning. Alexa the service manager was very helpful and offered refund. She was following up with my case everyday.

Outright Theft and Rudeness
Booked 2 weeks ago for an end of lease clean. Paid in advance. Arrived and refused to do the work. When we spoke to them promised to get back with a solution. Never heard from them
End of lease cleaning - Not good and service is terrible
I booked for end of lease cleaning with fantastic services. I have also taken membership from them for an Year. During the day I received a call from the worker saying more cleaning has to be done from the property. After a day I could see they deducted $100 more from my credit card for the additional cleaning.When I visited the property I could see dirt and mould in my bathroom. Such an irresponsible
and unprofessional service. Please don't call these guys.

The cancelled my end of lease cleaning last minute
I booked this company twice before for end-of-lease cleaning. I had no issues. I assume they have gone through some very negative changes.
I have booked and paid for an end-of-lease cleaning 5 weeks in advance. They sent me a text on Saturday afternoon that they wanted to reschedule my cleaning booked for Monday. How can they think an end-of-lease cleaning can be rescheduled? Unbelievable
I am still waiting for my refund. I hope I don't have to sue.
UPDATE: I have received the refund and an additional $50 as compensation for the last-minute cancellation.
They will double the price of the quote -BEWARE
We have a 4 bedroom 3 story house and I received a quote and paid for this. Upon arriving at my 4 bedroom 3 storey house they said the price is not $650 as quoted but $1300! Are they cleaning two houses??! Disgusting.

Cleaners did a horrible job for my rental property, as I was not present to inspect during clean.
I even paid for membership and their customer support is just next to useless.
They show you attitude when you contact them and thts when you have paid for membership.
Imagine what they do to customers who are not member.
Never going to book any future cleanings with this scam company.

BEWARE! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
An absolute disgusting experience. I hired them as a tenant in early January 2022 for an outgoing/end of lease clean and I am still waiting for my refund. I cannot detail enough the stress this company has put me and my partner through. They were quick to take our money as we booked. Firstly, the cleaners disregarded my explanation on how he should use my mop as a regular mop leaves too much water which destroys vinyl floors he said he was experienced and knew how to clean. I came back to check on the property and it stunk like dirty sponges. N...OTHING was wiped or dusted. The floors were vacuumed and left soaking wet and that's it. My oven still had the cleaning product I prepped it with. The customer service people were so rude and refused to listen to me. They kept repeating their "policy" advises if the agent states he is not satisfied in the outgoing report they will return to clean. I said I paid $320 for an outgoing/end of lease and I paid you for nothing and your policy does not apply as I am a tenant and cannot guarantee access to the property to fix the clean. They refused to return before the agent did the outgoing inspection and the agent advised they did not have the capacity to allow them to return after the inspection and I had to clean the rental before the inspection took place which took me and my partner over two hours. Despite providing them images of my complaints they wanted pictures of the clean I conducted and how many hours it took me to clean the property myself before providing a partial refund.
Terrible - extremely upsetting
I paid $800 in advance for steam cleaning of beds/sofas and kitchen appliances.
4 days later still unable to use beds/ sofas as soaking wet and now stained.
Have had to rent accomodation for family to stay in.
Brand new carpets have been destroyed with large brown stains on them throughout.
Nothing has been cleaned and now have to get alternative people in to remedy.
Would NOT recommend.
Customer service resolved the initial unsatisfactory carpet cleaning
Time for carpet cleaning was shifted from morning to end of the day. The cleaner spent 20 mins to clean a 2 bedroom apartment. There was no visual difference after this.
Customer service took a day to review this and scheduled another carpet cleaning 2 days after the first appointment. The second carpet cleaner did a great job.
I booked an oven cleaning service and was told I had to pay then & there, prior to the service which was scheduled for 2 weeks later.
I took the afternoon off work, but received a text message 2 hours prior to the scheduled service, to inform me that the service was cancelled. I called & after several minutes on hold was informed that the earliest reschedule date was more than a week later, at which time I will no longer own the house in which the oven is & I await my refund…
I will not use this company again.

I booked the "Professional End of Lease Cleaning" and carpet steam cleaning.
The cleaning service was terrible. The property was not cleaned properly at all, and still remains dirty as before. Nothing was wiped down, and dust/debris/stains are still present in the whole property.
This is the complete opposite to the website, which promises "every little detail of the property is left sparkling clean".
The contractors (BISTA, RITU ADHIKARI) are very rude, intimidating and unprofessional. He repeatedly said that he was "the owner of fantastic ser...
They confirmed my booking, took my money then cancelled at short notice. No apology. Refused to discuss by phone. Then I received a link asking me to reschedule my booking for after my lease finished
Either a scam or a terrible company
Booked a steam carpet clean online at an available time slot the following day only for it to be re-scheduled twice before I 'cancelled' it. Honestly thought this was a scam, to find out it is a legitimate company is mind boggling!
Didn't turn up after 40 minutes I called through to a very faint line, was re-directed to someone who said their cleaner was still at previous job and re-scheduled to 1pm the following day.
1pm the next day they hadn't turned up by 1:30pm - I called again and spoke to someone who assured me they should turn up by 1pm...
