Great Oven Clean
Very happy with the oven clean service. The cleaners were punctual, polite and efficient and did a very good job on my oven. It is a long time since it has looked so good. They even got off the hard to move grease on the glass window. They also cleaned up our sinks very well afterwards. I would certainly use the service again.
Extremely disappointing experience with vacate clean
I recently had a bad experience with Fantastic during a vacate clean. I had been quoted a certain price and when I met the cleaners onsite they advised that due to it not being an "average" clean that an extra $152 was required. I paid it and expected a decent job. I was later advised by the cleaners that certain areas could not be cleaned to the "Fantastic" standard i.e. oven, tiled areas etc. These same areas the landlord/agent inspected and found were not completed satisfactorily i.e. mainly tiles in bathrooms and toilet. I had chased the la...ndlord/agent for a response earlier but didn't receive this feedback until after the 72hr warranty had expired. I was 1 day late and it was not my fault, would have been nice to have some leeway. I then engaged Kathy (from Bling Property Services) who have addressed all the items your team could not complete/guarantee. They also commented on the poor quality of work that was delivered by your team in general. I had to pay another $200 to get the job properly.
We had some close contact with sick people so Fantastic services helped us a lot with treating our house with Antivirus Disinfectant. The technician was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were well looked after. Would highly recommend him and this company services!

Even though the cost is a bit over the average, the company was very responsive and answered all my questions about the window cleaning. The team was very polite and efficiently and got the job done very quickly and safely .I was very happy with them.
Booked service a few days in advance, had a call the night before asking to change the day and wasn't happy I was unable to shift it. On cleaning day, received another call from cleaner at my house telling me service would cost more than the agreed price as they didn't know I had a laundry.. I can understand a unit may not having a laundry, but what modern home doesn't have one, and if it was an issue, why not ask if I had one when I called to book the service, I answered all questions asked when booking, and DO YOU HAVE A LAUNDRY, was not one ...of them. Bathroom floor was spotless, but they completely missed the tiles on the wall still covered in builders dust. windows were clean, but missed the window channels with dust and bugs. Would have been better off paying my kids to do the job, if this is what passes as a professional service.
Absolutely disgusting service. We booked them 2 years ago to complete our end of lease cleaning service. They were booked in at 8:00 am, unfortunately, turned up 2 hours late, surface cleaned the place and left at 12:30 pm to get to their 1 pm booking. One a deeper inspection they'd left white marks around the appliances where they had rushed over them with a cloth. At the time we text the company through the pictures, highlighting their poor services. They said they'd send someone back the next day. unfortunately, we had to hand the keys in th...e next morning, so it just wasn't possible. We said that we would happily pay the 2 employees for their time, but didn't want to pay for a service we didn't receive. Fast forward 2 years. During this time there has been no correspondence from their accounts team via email or phone, but instead, I now have a debt collection agency calling me asking for the full payment. It's only $322, but would you pay for a service you didn't receive????? Awful service, worse communication and a disgusting attitude to conflict resolution.

I scheduled in 2pm on Wednesday to have my apartment cleaned in Sydney with Paul's Cleaning Service and received a text confirmation from Fantastic Services. They told me they are the same company but I got a more expensive quote from Fantastic Services, which was why I went with Paul's cleaning service.
After confirming 2pm Wed, I scheduled my day off work in Newcastle, drove down to Sydney Wed morning and Fantastic Services called me at 2pm saying they can't make it!? They asked to reschedule for the next day but I was planning on driving b...ack to Newcastle for work on Thu. I ended up having to stay in Sydney and rescheduled Fantastic Services for 8am to 9am, they did not get to my place until after 9am. They said it will take two hours for cleaning but it took more than 3 hours and I had to get them to shut the door behind them and wasn't able to check the place because I had to return my keys to the real estate agent by noon. Fantastic Services were extremely unprofessional. If they are going to cancel, they should let us know at least 12 hours in advance. Cancelling on me at 2pm when my appointment at 2pm is completely unacceptable. My drive down to Sydney was a complete waste of my time. I am very disappointed with them.

Don't waste your time. Unprofessional, poor personal hygeine and unethical.
I asked for 8 windows to be cleaned. I was given a price for the job. When the two men arrived (later than originally agreed), they wanted to haggle on the price, saying because my windows had 2 panes of glass in them, it would cost extra. It all seemed like a tourist marketplace, a haggling game to them. Luckily I wasn't in a rush, so I told them to cancel the job. When I said I wanted it cancelled, then they magically were able to honour their initial quote. I still cancelled it. I wouldn't trust these people in my home for five minutes.
As an aside, their body odour was repulsive.

I decided to go with this company for end of lease clean, and spoke to man about what my apartment contained and answered every question they asked me. After getting 3 follow up calls to book I gave in and decided to go with them. I warned them that I only had that afternoon before needing to return key. The minute the contractor company came they were appaling and disrespectful including walking into property and just complaining left right and centre about laundry wasn’t on the package, that bbq was too big, that this was a duplex and that I ...didn’t advise them in the note so they needed to charge me more. It was disgusting how they were just putting every excuse to get more money for the job. Then they refused to do job unless I accepted more fees. After contractor wanting me to call the company vs him, he continued to walk around and say well are you going to pay more because if not it’s not worth me doing this job and I’m going to leave!!! What extortion and I even said I had no other options as had to give back keys that same day. This company is disgusting liars, unorganised, all contracted out to other companies that are disrespectful, unreliable and will ask to charge you more. In the end I chucked them out and found last minute cleaner.

This has to be the worst experience I have had with end of lease cleaning. Please do not use this company. I hired this company after reading some decent google reviews. However, this company outsources the job to other cleaners. They sent 3 guys who were so unprofessional and worst cleaners I have ever encountered.
This company is not very clear what they include as part of end of lease cleaning and is rather confusing. The quoted me $465 and when I told them I got quotes closer to that rate with other companies, he reduced it to $395....That should have been a warning sign. When the cleaners turned up, they started to up sell. There were a few marks on the wall which obviously can be wiped off with a cloth. The guy was trying to convince me to sugar soap the entire walls of the apartment and charge me around 135 dollars more. Things got interesting as I refused the service. He said he won't do any of the walls and spot cleaning is not included. The next thing the guy tells me that I don't need to inspect the place after they clean the apartment. If I still insist on it, he will not come back after the final inspection of the apartment by the real estate agent and he does not guarantee my bond back . He was hesitant to tell me the time he will finish off. When I rang the head office and complained, he finally told me to come and see the place. As expected, the work was very mediocre. There were smudge marks on the windows, water seeped to the carpet near the entrance to the apartment and the kitchen tiles were very poorly cleaned with oil stains left behind. They also damaged the ensuite cabinet, which I sent the pictures to the head office which I got no reply. When I told him about the mediocre work, he was not really interested in cleaning it. I told him I will take this up to the head office. I finally told them to leave because they were not interested and was sick of arguing with them. When the final inspection was done, there were a few more problems found during inspection. When the guy turned up, he was going to charge me 135 dollars to do the walls. Again, I told them that the wall had a few marks which just can be wiped off. The head office was not interested and told me that is the price. Finally I had enough of this scam company which sends unprofessional cleaners. I will be trying to complain to the Consumer Commission (ACCC) about this company because I will lose some of the bond money. I include some the pictures that I sent to fantastic cleaners after the completion of the jobs.
Not worth the $$$
I paid for an end of lease clean and told it would take at least 3 hours. There were two males and they messaged at 2 hours saying they were finished. Upon return there were obvious things not cleaned and I could see dirt and dust. I asked about them and they went downstairs and got 1 cloth and gumption. They attempted to clean the bathtub, windows, mirrors, cupboards they missed with the one cloth. When they left I found more dirt and dust inside cupboards and on the floors, as well as windows (they had closed the blinds so I wouldn’t see) tha...t weren’t cleaned. I decided to clean it myself rather then needing to get them back a third time! They said to me at the start it would be an easy clean because it was so small and I had looked after it. Paying 250$ for 2 hours end of lease clean you would imagine no dirt or dust found..... not the case. It was an older building/apartment so it was like they though it wouldn’t matter. Not very professional. I made a complaint with the company and as a token of a small apology they offered a 30$ voucher .... I will not use them again. Be mindful and have low expectations.

Booked End of lease cleaning service. Cancelled twice at short notice 2 days in a row. I had to pay 2 extra days rent. Choose another cleaning Service.
The offered me a 20% discount. Didn’t actually give me 20% off and already had a preauthorisation on the full amount.
Then eventually the cleaners came did the job. And emailed after and said.. we can’t offer a 72 guarantee as advertised.
PLEASE DONT USE THIER SERVICE.. it looks all nice when you book, but this is the worst experience I had dealing with a cleaning company.
Definitely Not Fantastic!
Definitely not fantastic. I turned down other cleaner companies just to hire these cleaners. They get you to choose a specific time on their website scheduling when you book your job so I chose the free time slot of 11am. On the day the cleaning was meant to be completed at 11am they messaged me saying they wouldn't be able to come until 3.30pm, they finally turned up after 4.30pm then wanted to charge me another $150 on top of the original quotation. They wasted most of my day having to wait around for them at home and then expected me to pay ...nearly double the original quote. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I see there was another recent review on here that was exactly the same, I wish I had seen this before I had hired them. Do not even bother with this company. Now I have to go find another cleaner company which is reliable and will do the job as quoted.
Worst service Fantastic Services! Do not waste your money or time!!!
The cleaners arrived 2 hours and 18 minutes late to the booking! Booking was for 9am they arrived 12:18pm! When they finally arrived cleaners said they needed more money to complete end of lease cleaning because unit was not clean? Which unit is clean at end of lease cleaning after furniture is removed? Why would I book they to clean a clean unit in the first place? Very disappointing and they took my money upfront and did not do the job. Getting my refund was not easy many, many phone calls was made. Please be careful of people who promise but do not deliver!!!
