I have a small front garden, which until yesterday was overgrown and badly in need of pruning and weeding. Andre did an amazing job; in three hours he completely gave the entire garden a makeover. He was friendly, honest, reliable and a real perfectionist, taking all the green waste away and leaving the garden looking as neat as a pin. In summary, he provided the best gardening service I've ever had. I highly recommend using Andre for your gardening and maintenance work.

Fantastic job by Minat. He turned up on time and did a great job of clearing our front garden bed - weeding, pruning, overall cleanup. It hasn’t looked this good since we moved in! Really impressed and would definitely book him again.

I had gardening services booked for 2 hours for weeding. The gardner who came, after much unpleasant conversation overcharged me ridiculously on green waste removal. Fantastic customer service was helpful in addressing the issue and the matter was resolved. Although the Gardner in particular who was allocated to my job was rude and the whole situation was unpleasant, in the end I am satisfied, as customer services personnel was helpful and attentive in resolving the issue.

first time booking I asked for professional help with vegetable garden and lawn.
was assured 'technician' who was professionally trained with ten years experience would show up.
booked for ongoing service.
as previous reviewer said there is one hour window however ours was more like two hours and required a few calls.
when worker showed up he baulked at size of garden and work.
he did not want to leave lawnclippings adjacent to area being mowed so we could use in garden.
he told us all the jobs he would not do then when we agreed to only use service for lawn and edging, as the company it turns out are limited in their skills and motivation, he left without saying goodbye.
An all round waste of time.

The gardener did an amazing job cleaning up the weeds and mowing the lawn... It was a jungle before he arrived and now it's neat and tidy... He went above and beyond, thank you so much!

Recieved text confirming booking at 4pm day before. Got to booking window and no one showed up. Tried to call gardener and the button in the app wouldn't work. Called fantastic services to finally get a call saying they cancelled as it might rain today. I pointed out there had been no rain in the last hour and if they had turned up they could have done the work. Was told it would rain today so they cancelled. To make matters worse they charged my card in full 5 days BEFORE service so now I have to wait and rely on them to return my money. Absolutely waste of time and money.

This young man attended to lawn, edges, trimmed shrubs protruding onto footpath. He then cleared leaves & debris leaving a very pleasant medium sized garden. Thank you much appreciated. looking forward to the next visit.

We know Joshua for long time and is super trustable and does the job as requested. He knows the job and had the right experience and tools to carry any gardening activity

This is the first time I am using Fantastic cleaners and I am really pleased with their service. My carpets were really stained and looking out dated but all the marks are gone and the carpets have been revived. I would highly recommend this service. The gentleman that cleaned carpet was polite and professional.

We moved into a new house a month ago where weeds had taken over the back garden. Boys were able to completely clear the garden and we had yesterday Christmas gathering where grandchildren had open place to play, we did some family BBQ as well. Bobby came round to do battle with a couple of rather large hedges which needed some serious cutting back. Turned up as agreed and did a really splendid job. Will happily have back to do more garden related and would highy recommend to others.
