Terrible Cleaners - Avoid!!!
Tried to change the time three times.
Told me I had my booking wrong
Was there cleaning for a total of 23 minutes and 15 hours later my carpets are still sopping wet.
Atrocious. Do not use.
Not even a first Clean!
I booked for a number of Spring Cleaning Services. Could only get a booking after 3 weeks (which I did book), I also joined the membership club. I had to reschedule my clean and could only get it scheduled for another 3 weeks! Two days before my appointment, Fantastic have told me that I will need to wait another 5 weeks to get my place cleaned!!!! Outrageous! I have obviously cancelled and requested my membership payment to be refunded. Very disappointed as I have now waited 5 weeks for my spring clean and now have to find another provider.
Worst company I have ever dealt with
Booked an end of lease clean for my daughter, paid $700 to have windows and walls included. This was supposedly done on Friday 28th May. Landlord inspected property on the Monday and sent through a very long list of items that had not been cleaned. Tried to contact the company, could only get to speak to a person by selecting new service option. Explained that job was not done satisfactorily and they requested we send through property report. They replied the following day stating they would get the cleaning people back to attend to the giant l...ist of things not done on Thursday at 11am. Then called on Thursday to say they wouldn't be there until 2pm. I requested they just refund my money and I would go and clean the place myself. I was told this was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager, was told this was not possible. Cleaners arrived at 2 pm, my daughter was waiting for them, she left to pick her son up and when she returned they were gone, in less than an hour. I rang company back and told them there was no way on earth they got that list done in under an hour. I told them I was going to the house to inspect it. I emailed them a list of all the things that still weren't clean and forwarded them heaps of photos. Today they emailed back saying they have to escalate it to their quality control and will get back to me Monday, I asked for a refund again so I can go and clean it myself, so my daughter is not penalised by the real estate company. Was again told they can't organise a refund. Again I asked them to have a manager call me and was told the person I was emailing [Name Removed], was the only person available and I would have to wait until Monday for an outcome. My advice NEVER EVER give this company 1 cent of your money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have added a few of the many photos so you can get a little idea of what the quality of cleaning is like, this is after they returned to reclean EDIT. Issue has been resolved after considerable escalation. Perth branch is not a reflection of the entire international company.
Avoid this service
Didn’t come on time the first time. Our place was not cleaned properly. The company uses sub contractors, so finding someone in management was a nightmare. Eventually got a re clean booked (for which I was told I was accidentally charged for) and no one showed..
Have not been able to contact management so time will tell if we get a refund!

SHOCKING wish I could Choose 0 Stars
Oven Cleaning service payed $270 prior to job commencement. Job was explicitly outlined to include glass door, storage compartment, top and splash back. The Job was not completed, nor checked when I complained the following day.
The glass door was not removed, the storage compartment not opened to clean and the top was not cleaned.
More importantly the chemicals were not washed out correctly and have now caused corrosion and the oven is not repairable.
Request for inspection was denied in all correspondence and I am now proceeding to small claim court for the damages to my oven.
DO NOT under any circumstances use this company because if your property is damaged for whatever reason they will not compensate you and will deny liability.

Painful experience, would not recommend
- Poor cleaning. Did not follow property condition report for their cleaning job.
- They were not able to get cleaners to come back and clean properly after (even though this is a service that is promised). Had to pay for other cleaners to finish the job.
- Difficult to contact (speak to a person for support) after setting up initial booking. They have a terrible web application for managing all communications after booking your service. Just call them and say you want to set up a new booking every time to get through to somebody.
- Cleaners were on time on the day of the job, and were nice people

I have used this company for end of lease cleaning of an apartment. After the property agent reviewed the cleaning, she sent a long list of items (more than 200 photos) to be re-cleaned. Cleaners claimed that they recleaned, but property agents office showed that they returned the keys in 30 minutes. Second review by property agent showed exactly the same items to be recleaned. so obviously those items were not taken care of. Proerty agent had to se...nd their own cleaners. Initial Sales call was great so I thought I could follow this issue with customer support. I was shocked to know that call option is available only for Sales not for Support. First of all its damn so difficult to get in touch with support. You cannot talk to anybody, can only leave voice message. In reply, then dont call you even if you ask them to, just email replies. I asked for refund, but in vain. Even after providing 200+ photos, they came up with all excuses. I lost $450 to them. This was not at all 'Fantastic' service, it was 'Pathetic' service .
***another update... *** After telling them I want a refund they are pressing for the same guy to come back. They tell me only HE can come back. I don't want him!!
I will never use this company again.

**Update** I've since noticed after the fact that there is an awfull residue inside my oven. I ran my finger across it and it's grease!!!??? All over the inside door too. No idea what he sprayed inside but it looks and feels like it was not cleaned off properly
Have sent pics and lodged a complaint with the company. Not happy. Doesn't even look like it's been cleaned. **...
Completely Unreliable - Cancelled 15 mins before appointment
Very unreliable company and bad customer service. Had oven cleaning booked in advance and company telephoned me 15 minutes before they were due to arrive and cancelled due to staffing problems (late afternoon appointment). I have people viewing this property first thing the next day which I explained to them but they just said they were sorry but offered no solution to the problem. This is regardless of the fact that they have already taken my money as the job needed to be paid for up front. So summary: company take your money and then don't turn up. Apparently the refund is pending ........
LEFT and never came back 2 minutes after arriving
We booked Fantastic Cleaners a week in advance in preparation for our 3 monthly lease inspection. On the day of our appointment, they showed up on time, leaving their equipment in the van. They came to look through the apartment, and told me they would return with their equipment.
They left, and never returned. They did not try to contact me, did not ring the doorbell, and did not answer any phone calls.
Very unprofessional service. We paid upfront a total of $352 online during booking for a full cleaning service.
Even more, their company...are impossible to get ahold of. I tried calling, left messages, and they did not return my phone calls. I would not trust this service, nor will I use them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to ever avail of their services. Despite the fact that they have some positive reviews, you are taking a gamble by hiring them that they will scam you of your money.
Bad. Realtor had to resend new cleaners
My realtor was not happy with this vacate and carpet clean. They have had to resend their own cleaners which has been taken out of my bond, and I’ve paid fantastic services also.
Horrible end of lease cleaning . Never go for them
Everything from start of booking guaranteed by definite guarantee for 72 hours with no limitation in hours of work done to do the cleaning . On the day of cleaning the sick tractor came with saying that almost nothing can be done to perfection so he can’t give guarantee and he is paid less by the company and he needs to bring more people . At last three bedroom house with study , kitchen, living room ,laundry and two bathrooms done in less than four hours . It did not look like end of lease cleaning rather a normal cleaning done at home . Rea...lly disappointed with such a horrible service and moreover money is deducted a week before the day of cleaning so u can’t claim anything too . After paying $450 three weeks in advance for an EOL clean with no time parameters, the cleaners rocked up and said the price was wrong and they needed more money. THey basically gave my townhouse a quick vacuum and a mop and went on their merry way. The property agent then charged me an additional $464 for substitute cleaners to come in. The worst part, it is impossible to contact head office and make a complaint.
Do not use this company. They are genuine crooks
I booked this for End of Lease cleaning, but it was just terrible. there were many stains left and their garbage was left in my bin box. when I booked it was said that the cleaning would be completed around 3pm but they left at 1pm. I will never use this company and won’t recommend any of my friends.
Did a great job with the cleaning of my couch and chairs which were quite dirty. Polite and friendly service. I have no hesitation in procuring this company for future cleaning requirements.
